Room, design of room, toiletries, mini bar selections were all nice

Bathroom lights not very bright even though maximum brightness in dimmer switch selected. There was a weird gap in privacy frosting in window in shower looking over to offices in adjacent building. All the outlets in the room seem to be controlled by switches. Couldn't find a plug, near the bed, that wasn't controlled by switches that controlled other lights. Had difficulty figuring out which plug was standard (not controlled in association to lights). Signage or written instructions for lighting switches and outlets would help. Room lighting was somewhat dim/dark as ceiling and wall were painted dark brown. Indigo parking under the hotel ends up costing more than valet parking for overnight. Indigo lot (not the book store BTW) was $57.

Room was a nice size and clean, bed was comfortable , lots of stores and restaurants in the vicinity. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room lacked any kind of accessible plugs for charging our phones. No fridge or microwave to bring our leftovers back from our dining out. No vending machines to purchase reasonable price beverage in the hotel. Refuse to pay for a $10 bottle of water or $5 can of diet coke from the bar fridge. TV was of terrible quality, and the channel selection was even worse. TV was so outdated it Couldn't even cast from our phones to maybe watch Netflix movie. The TV situation was surprising as it didn't match the qualify of the room. Overall it was an okay room but have stayed in cheaper hotel chain 1 bedroom suite with nicer room facilities then this.

Nothing not to like. It took a while to find things in the room. I suggest a QR code displayed by a welcome sign as you walk into the room taking you to guest information about the room(eg how to use the TV, where the kettle and hair dryer are, how to get fresh milk and more coffee) and a little about the hotel although I know there’s some general info on the website. ie something to make it less impersonal).

Excellent staff, very friendly receptionists, fast check in and out. Concierge and valet man - the same, only superlatives. Nice clean room, big enough for four adults (family), comfortable beds. A good benefit was the filtered water well on every level. And probably the best shower, that I ever had in hotels worldwide!!! Around plenty restaurants. We can only recommend!!!

Absolutely everything! The location was amazing, right across from the Calgary tower and close to Stephen Avenue. Hotel staff is so incredibly kind, especially Thomas. He was very patient and understanding while I was dealing with card issues upon check in. There were also two gentlemen, I’m so sorry I didn’t get their names but they were absolutely outstanding. I’ve never experienced Valet parking as on the ball as they were, they even took items to my car so I wouldn’t have to! The room was so much more than I expected. I’m so used to small and stuffy rooms that would cost a grotesque amount, but with this room I’m just blown away at how much space there is. I also love that the bathroom can be completely closed off for more privacy. I could go on and on with everything but these were the biggest things that stuck out to me.

The staff went out of their way to try to change a dinner reservation, to get us taxis, to print a document, etc. The room was spacious and clean and modern. The shower was fabulous. There were charging outlets just where one would need them. The room was thoughtfully designed to make things easy and to provide ample storage. Great place!!!

Big room. we arrived early in the day so very early for check in. the desk clerk suggested we come back in an hour and a room would be ready and it was! gym facilities excellent with good view. the lounge waiter was excellent suggesting food and cocktails. he asked for an additional ingredient in a cocktail as it didn’t quite taste like a margarita and then when the bill came he had made the drink complimentary. Great customer service.

i liked that it was downtown across from the tower with a nice view.

we booked 2X for two different nights and they gave us the same room. upon entering the room the first night it was very good, the second stay we could tell it was not really cleaned and just went over quick with a wipe down. the water was not really the coldest in the hallway

Thé location would be difficult without the valet parking, but with it, it’s a great location. Room service was extremely efficient. I didn’t like the meat choices on the charcuterie platter, but maybe someone else would.

This was a lovely, luxurious hotel, and the experience would have been enhanced with high-end INDIVIDUAL amenities. I know it’s the trend to use the refillable bottles of soap, shampoo etc. to reduce waste and cost but YUCK! Who else touched that thing! Also, bathroom glasses with the room no. etched on them tells me they never leave the room. How are they washed? In the bathroom sink that has just had toothpaste spit into it?

Loved everything so much. Location was terrific. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Terrific view. Our room had a Bathtub where the water came down from the ceiling to fill it and we were blown away. Staff was wonderful and super helpful.
