Rooms are very comfortable,clean, and relatively quiet given the central downtown location. The restaurant in the hotel, Charcut, is amazing - you could eat there almost every day! The hotel staff is very helpful and accommodates you where they can.

The hotel has zero parking - zero. They say they have parking in an underground facility but there are maybe 10 spots for the entire hotel and they are always full. Valet parking is $50/day which is outrageous. You should assume there is zero parking space available at the hotel. Plenty of public parking within a block or two. The wifi is terrible, flipping on and off every few minutes and when it is working, it isn't very fast.

Room, design of room, toiletries, mini bar selections were all nice

Bathroom lights not very bright even though maximum brightness in dimmer switch selected. There was a weird gap in privacy frosting in window in shower looking over to offices in adjacent building. All the outlets in the room seem to be controlled by switches. Couldn't find a plug, near the bed, that wasn't controlled by switches that controlled other lights. Had difficulty figuring out which plug was standard (not controlled in association to lights). Signage or written instructions for lighting switches and outlets would help. Room lighting was somewhat dim/dark as ceiling and wall were painted dark brown. Indigo parking under the hotel ends up costing more than valet parking for overnight. Indigo lot (not the book store BTW) was $57.

The location was perfect! The room we had was comfortable and decent in size.

The front desk staff could improve their knowledge of the local restaurants. While they were helpful, I had expected more detailed information since I was new to Calgary. I was surprised they had a spa and other amenities because they never mentioned them during our stay. The room we had was dark, and the lights were a bit complicated to use.

Room was a nice size and clean, bed was comfortable , lots of stores and restaurants in the vicinity. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room lacked any kind of accessible plugs for charging our phones. No fridge or microwave to bring our leftovers back from our dining out. No vending machines to purchase reasonable price beverage in the hotel. Refuse to pay for a $10 bottle of water or $5 can of diet coke from the bar fridge. TV was of terrible quality, and the channel selection was even worse. TV was so outdated it Couldn't even cast from our phones to maybe watch Netflix movie. The TV situation was surprising as it didn't match the qualify of the room. Overall it was an okay room but have stayed in cheaper hotel chain 1 bedroom suite with nicer room facilities then this.

Nothing not to like. It took a while to find things in the room. I suggest a QR code displayed by a welcome sign as you walk into the room taking you to guest information about the room(eg how to use the TV, where the kettle and hair dryer are, how to get fresh milk and more coffee) and a little about the hotel although I know there’s some general info on the website. ie something to make it less impersonal).

The staff were excellent and friendly , especially Hannah who helped us with tourism and finding the best prices available . She went out of her way and gave us exceptional knowledge on things to do around our Vietnam . Pricing were great for what you got and also food was exceptional and with a wide variety of.

Excellent staff, very friendly receptionists, fast check in and out. Concierge and valet man - the same, only superlatives. Nice clean room, big enough for four adults (family), comfortable beds. A good benefit was the filtered water well on every level. And probably the best shower, that I ever had in hotels worldwide!!! Around plenty restaurants. We can only recommend!!!

The staff went out of their way to try to change a dinner reservation, to get us taxis, to print a document, etc. The room was spacious and clean and modern. The shower was fabulous. There were charging outlets just where one would need them. The room was thoughtfully designed to make things easy and to provide ample storage. Great place!!!

It was out first time staying at a Le Germaine hotel and it was really exceptional. Every staff member we encountered were super friendly and informative. There are thoughtful details throughout the rooms and were also very spacious and comfortable.

Absolutely everything! The location was amazing, right across from the Calgary tower and close to Stephen Avenue. Hotel staff is so incredibly kind, especially Thomas. He was very patient and understanding while I was dealing with card issues upon check in. There were also two gentlemen, I’m so sorry I didn’t get their names but they were absolutely outstanding. I’ve never experienced Valet parking as on the ball as they were, they even took items to my car so I wouldn’t have to! The room was so much more than I expected. I’m so used to small and stuffy rooms that would cost a grotesque amount, but with this room I’m just blown away at how much space there is. I also love that the bathroom can be completely closed off for more privacy. I could go on and on with everything but these were the biggest things that stuck out to me.
