The front desk staff was polite and professional. I appreciated the room service every other day.

Insufficient anti-noise insulation between floors. There were very loud guests above my room for two nights and two days. There was a constant noise of pounding on the floor. I intervened with the reception staff and the receptionist went upstairs and talked to the guests but it didn't help much. It caused me frustration and trouble falling asleep. I did not want to escalate the situation and refrained from personal intervention, but this type of disruptive behavior required a more decisive response to such brazen ignorance.

Good value for money.

Charged me twice for the room which took 48 hours to refund. Had to pay a 100 dollar deposit which they only refunded after having to write 2 emails which they did not reply to. The reception had bars all around it from the counter to ceiling??

It was very close to the best mall in the city. It had excellent wifi and saw a lot of great movies on their tv. No complaints

The only thing is printing one’s photo id of govt identification. The reason is if that falls in the wrong hands someone’s identity could be stolen or some call centre somewhere in the world gets their hands on it they will set that person up for a scam. The solution is verify the picture of the id to the person in front of you. To make sure it’s the person you are dealing with

the room was spacious and I loved the location. Very close to CF Chinook Center / Mall as well as the LRT - Chinook station. Lots of shops around. Staff was caring. Requested for towels and room cleaning and was well received. Area is quiet and had a good sleep. Property looks a bit old, but well maintained. Staff gave me extra coffee and cups etc.

cleaners were phenomenal and day staff were exceptional. very happy again with my stay

I didn't appreciate the CSI style of checking my room for 10 + min. lady was trying to find something wrong with room I feel to not return my deposit even after I was a model guest who cleaned up asuch as I was taught to.

the accommodation is clean and tidy. all amenities are available. Kitchen, plenty of dishes, dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer, 3 bathrooms, as well as washing machine, toaster, microwave oven, good gas stove and oven. A very beautiful and huge terrace with a view of the whole city and the sea. The owner was always in touch and helped with all the problems we encountered. Thanks for the tips on vacations, finding where to buy the best fruit, and helping out with the scooter and liner and more. Overall, my family really enjoyed their stay and time spent at Monte di Procida

We stayed only for night sleep everything was great only thing they asked too much information about each person took pic driver license copy and everyone stayed their information

Young lady - The receptionist is in so bad mood and is not able to provide a password to explain where able to find it. Finally came to the room and showed up with a finger what is it the black box ( router) - and the location for the password? But after 10 hours drive - I'm not able to read this small digit on the back of the router which is located behind the TV

for the price the rooms offer, this is an excellent option, the location was very convenient for me

I have experience in cleaning rooms, a little attention to detail needs to be paid, they will not be a big cost for the hotel, but will increase the rating of the hotel
