The location is center to my travels around high River

I was constantly disturbed by the family in room 125 adjacent to my room. They constantly slammed the room door day and night, multiple times within minutes of each other 😡😡😡Dylan explained it away as a door being hard to open or close and it was a family of the local contractors in town. There were three girls from age 10 and up with the parents. I told him that the door opened and closed just fine. These guests chose to be rude and disruptive. I certainly didn’t enjoy my stay for two nights anticipating to be disturbed day or night! I will pay the extra money and stay at the Ramada Inn or Super 8 hotel in town on my next trip. I travel up to Alberta several times a year from Bozeman.

No problem with late check out. Loved the pillow selection and comfy mattress.

I would have liked a pet refund as my little pup does not shed nor did she create a mess in the room and we picked up after her outside. Wished the hot tub had been working.

Lovely town Good location

The fan didn’t work in the bathroom & obviously hadn’t for some time as the bathroom door didn’t close properly Mentioned it to staff at checkout, the young guy apologised but didn’t seem too interested

Went with my daughter. We enjoyed the breakfast, fridge, microwave. Beds were comfy. there for 2 nights.

Hot tub wasn't working, might have been under maintenance.

The breakfast was really good. I went to get coffee to go and the server provided me with breakfast to go. She was very helpful, friendly and provided excellent service.

Breakfast was excellent, I was very surprised that I could order off the menu. Not anything on the menu but a had bacon and eggs that were real 👍

All was good, in a great location for me...

Breakfast was good but I missed your smorgasbord you had last year I thought it was better in the past.

I don’t know why you no longer have an ice machine

The staff were great, the facility was clean. Note: the signage outside could be updated for better curb appeal.

the staff, the location the Hotel its self had character and Charm, the gardens are beautiful

we had a vent above the bed in the room which meant everynight we had to clear mosquitos and dead flyies off the bed, i would say the room we had been in could do with a reshuffle the single bed should be by the back wall and the double by the door. to tight for the second person on the double to squeeze up by the wall - this was also an issue

The breakfast was FANTASTIC; AND so was the staff.

the front desk did not know how to call us a taxi from the front desk phone. He did not know what taxies were in operation or what time the last taxi worked. I WANTED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO FOLD THAT LOVELY, COMFORTABLE BED and put it in my nap sack without it being tooo obvious!
