The hotel was very nice and was quite centrally located. Our room was large, clean and well equipped.

We would have appreciated having some housekeeping for the3 days we were there - for little things, like more coffee - but the staff did respond when requested and we recognize that staff shortages cause difficulties. However, for the price of the stay we would expect more.

Staff was welcoming at the time of check in and during entire duration, room size was decent and offered area to heat up some food. Except during rush hours, when everyone was back to hotel, internet worked really well and TV offered a few apps to login (YouTube, Netflix, Prime, etc.). Hotel supports local manufacturers and offers Rocky Mountain products (shampoo, soap, etc.)

Checking had a small hick up, when room wasn't available until 5PM sharp, which is probably first time in 10+ years of travel. I find none of the provided pillows comfortable, as well as blanket was a bit synthetic. There was zero room service for the duration of stay 4 days/3nights. Parking is a bit of a challenge for anyone who is driving with ski box on top, as there are very limited access points to the building. Majority of doors are either out of service or simply locked.

Absolutely loved the room, fancy and worth the money.Beds are comfy and clean.Front desk fella was very polite and quick, he had a British accent.Town is still recovering from summer fire, so supporting them should be the main go.I would go back and definitely stay at Chateau once again.

Hotel is like 15 mins walk from main strip, so if you are planing of having a late dinner think twice, u gotta cross bunch of local streets with people harrassing you cuz you are tourists and there are barely any lights on.Parking is a mess around the town.If people are booking for 4 people room, i would expect 4 cups or 4 bath towels, however thats in every hotel..you always get 2.

I loved how almost every where you looked you saw mountains! Having breakfast/dinner at the Stillwater? Mountain view! Chilling in the hot tub or swimming in the pool? Mountain view! It was also so quiet and relaxing during our stay! Staff was superb! Location was so close to downtown too!

If you’re over 6”, you may have to crouch in the halls, the ceiling felt low even for my 5”2’ self, and the shower/tub was small, but aside from that A++!

Room was mostly clean (a hair in the shower though before we used it). Liked the fact that there was a microwave and mini fridge. We stayed one night and the room met our needs. Check in and out process was easy.

We found the walls to be rather thin and could hear conversations in rooms next to us. Did not like the hand soap in the bathroom. Did not like the fact that there was no room service from the restaurant in the hotel. We had to go down and order, wait for it, and bring the food up to our room. The person working the front of the restaurant was not very friendly.

Nice people who are very helpful. Jasper was hit with a tremendous fire that destroyed 1/2 of the town. Their rooms are sizable and a very good bargain for the quality of the rooms. Once again they’ve thought of everything to make one’s stay enjoyable. Very close to everything. I was very happy we chose this. They have a Keurig coffee maker and are quite happy to let you have more capsules if you need them.

This is not a problem with the hotel. We need to start to ask for safety bars in showers. We’re older now and have to watch out for falls.

We stayed at Chateau Jasper for two nights. The room was good and spacious. It had a washing sink, oven and a small refrigerator which was very convenient for us, considering we had two younger kids and this facility provided us with ease of warming our packed food, milk bottles and store milk for our kids. The beds were comfortable too and location of this hotel was just a 5-minute drive from the town center. Overall a good place to stay. They also had pool, which I did not try

Nothing in particular

Very clean and very nice room. We have been in many hotels in jasper for different seasons, i would say this place is great. A regular room has 2 sinks with a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine which is so wonderful. The staff are so friendly and patient. We love it and we will definitely come back. The only thing we wish it could be better is the hot tub, it is quite small but that's okay, it doesn't affect my decision to come back to the hotel again.

The hot tub is a bit small compares to other hotels.

The hotel boasts very friendly staff who are always ready to assist. The rooms are not only clean but also spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful, enhancing the overall experience of your stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a free underground parking garage. The hotel is well-equipped with everything you need.

Aside from the slightly high price, there's nothing to complain about.

The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

WiFi signal was quite weak and couldn't pick up many links or articles on our phones. However, even though I complained about the wifi service, that's not what we went to Jasper for - we went to spend time in the mountains and having access to information on our personal devices is secondary to enjoying the mountains and the outdoors.
