Staff were outstanding friendly ,helpful and one young lady at the desk went out and beyond to help me get breakfast and tea since it was on the 2 nd floor and I am recovering from a broken hip and she made my tea and beagle and carried it to my room

Shower was not nice

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. the rooms were very clean and the property was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this property. Had a small, but good continental breakfast.

You had to ask for housekeeping to tidy your room. I’m not sure if this is new and it wasn’t a big issue for me. on day 2 I asked for fresh towels and they were quick to respond. it wasn’t bad, just different.

Very pleased with our stay. Requested an early checkin and was not an issue at all. Great friendly staff and nice clean rooms!

Was not excited about the breakfast. The prepackaged muffins were just ok. I would love to see fresh baked ones and perhaps a protein choice of some kind such as cheese.

Having the breakfast room on second floor wasn’t ideal as I’m Handicapped but the lodge is well located, there were lot of restaurants and fast food places all around us

that they allowed people to smoke weed outside in the smoking area. had to keep our window closed. also no ice machine on the main floor.

They required a $100.00 deposit on credit cards or cash. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website. It made even less sense that I received my deposit back at checkout, and they never looked at the room.

Breakfast met all expectations. It was perfect for what I needed. The bed was very comfortable. Also the 15% discount at the Deeny's across the street was a real bonus and much appreciated.

They did not give us the hot breakfast because they had shut most of it down from Covid. We get a muffin, apple juice, nutri grain bar and sliced peaches. I don’t mind it. They will be starting to give hot breakfast again soon. As far as location goes, it’s in a good part of town. Right down by the Old Okotoks downtown. There is a Denny’s right across the street and if you show them your room key, you’ll get a discount. There is also a Shell Gas Station right beside the hotel and about a block and a half away, there is a 7/11. The only thing I found slightly annoying were the trains going by late at night and early in the morning.

The prices for a 2 queen bed room were a little more than what I wanted to pay. There is also a 100 dollar deposit that you will get back if you haven’t done any damage to the room. It’s a dog friendly hotel (an extra $10.00 for each pet) but no other pets allowed.

The Continental breakfast was included with the room. The breakfast met our needs and expectations.

The breakfast was simple but fulfilled our needs. Everything that we needed was provided.

There was a bit of traffic and train noise and voices from the hallway were a bit loud.
