We had a very favourable stay. I really enjoyed the hotel, the room, the amenities, and the staff. We needed a quick getaway after an unexpected passing in our family and this provided us a lovely, quiet escape. The pet friendliness is such an essential added bonus. I ran into so many happy dog owners during our 3 days. The morning breakfast is nice too, lots of sitting areas. Right by Emerald shopping. I'd highly recommend to anyone.

Location to pretty much every store a person needs will trout the hustle and bustle of big city driven

Maybe a decent priced bar and grill or a covered bbq area along with a covered heated smoking area

Not enough parking. When we got back from dinner there was no room. Affiliate hotel offered free underground parking but it was too small for our truck. Had to park offsite

Breakfast variety and quality was great. Shower was fantastic.

I had the feeling, just a feeling, that our bed linen hadn't changed before we arrived. The reason for that is they were clean but had no “detergent smell” and they were wrinkled like from everyday wear.

From check in to check out all the staff was great. Especially great was the woman at reception Glena. She was so helpful and friendly and really made us feel well looked after. She went out of her way to answer our questions and we felt that she really cared about our experience at the Towneplace.

Excellent location and comfortable beds. We rented a 2 bedroom suite and it had everything we needed. Front desk staff Ivan and Glenna were friendly, efficient and great ambassadors for Marriott.

We lived in great family room with 2 beds and sofa bed. It was so clean, huge TV in every bedroom and in living room, very comfortable beds, modern style, even lockers with lights, delicious breakfast, we didn't want to leave. We highly recommend this hotel.
