Right on a train route, so VERY convenient location that was far enough outside of the city to be quiet. The staff here are AMAZING, they are so friendly and kind.

Bathroom was quite cramped, is a little difficult to navigate if you're plus-sized.

Clean rooms (cleaned every day), comfortable bed, friendly staff. The best ways to get to downtown Vancouver are the Gilmore station (35-45 mins to science world and waterfront) and the 9 bus (50-60 mins to Granville Island).

The hot tub was broken during the 4 nights we were there. The inn is in the Burnaby area but far from downtown. So it's not an area where it is nice to go for a walk (although it felt safe). In particular, good food options are scarce, but you can do delivery.

Smooth check-in experience. Front desk helped with directions to the downtown, and on guest laundry usage. Unlimited coffee/tea at the lobby. Flowers, flowers everywhere. Junior suite was spacious and pretty. Very quiet. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Ducks!

Air in the room was a bit stale/smelly unless an AC was turned on.

Great little place- located close to bike paths, shopping and transit. Friendly efficient service. Nice room; everything in good repair. I loved that they have bikes available for guests to use. Other useful amenities included a fitness room and guest laundry.

A bit of traffic noise from the highway.

Location was excellent. Close, walkable to the Gilmore metro station. The room was of decent size.

Room could have been cleaner. The blanket, and linen on sofa bed were folded along with the bed. The blanket on the had a stain, and there was a cherry nut spit by someone on the sofa bed. Bathroom door was not closing properly, and the toilet tank leaked.

Location is very good. Staff members are all very friendly. Coffee station in the lobby is really a very welcoming treat. Very nice and relaxing ambiance with all the spring flowers around the building. Room space is very adequate and bed is comfortable.

The Bath is somewhat clogged since the water is very slow to drain when showering.

Clean, have small appliances such as refrigerators, coffee machines and kettles for use. Lots of free parking spots and close to our room.

For $300 per night without breakfast, this is not the best value for an Inn. Air conditioner is noisy. Didn’t provide extra blanket or comforter in the room while we booked to have 3 adults.

the staff was fabulous, kind , courteous and helpful. the location was decent and we loved having an attached restaurant. the room was large enough and the a/c worked great for the warm day!

the price. its the most i have ever paid for a night at a hotel and the amenities/location did not match the price.

My dealing with bookings.com was horrible..the worst ever..from being disconnected by agent on phone and waiting for half an hour to get word salad advice from agent to no response online to my inquiries..so disappointed in bookings.com

The saff were so wonderful my son forgot his stuff turtle in our other room and they called us to come and grab it later that evening when we got back from the aqarium . I'm so grateful as it was his very first stuffed animal.

The beds were a bit too still for my liking but I like a bit softer bed other than that it was great.
