We had such a great welcome from Lorrie. Everything was just as advertised. Breakfast was excellent and Lorrie was very thoughtful around not only allergies but food preferences too. The property has a great deck in the garden, which we were welcome to use - a real haven to spend the evening. Location was very handy - can easily walk to downtown. Property is on a hill, so there is a climb back up, but it’s very manageable. For those who want to drive, there is plenty of parking Downtown. We arrived as guests and left as friends. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was excellent, hearty for continuing on our cycle journey from Campbell River over to Quadra and Cortes Islands, and beyond by water taxi over to Lund and pedalling down the Sunshine Coast. Hostess was very friendly and helpful with directions and tips about getting around Campbell River and where to go eat dinner...

Hard to say, enjoyed the lovely outdoor patio for post-dinner chat among ourselves, could've gone up to get herbal tea from our rooms but we were too busy chatting after the sun went down... Don't really have anything to add for this section...

The room was spacious, super clean and comfortable, nicely appointed and unbelievably quiet compared to the motels I usually stay at in Campbell River. In the morning, blueberry pancakes and lots of laughs with the other guests and wonderful host Laurie made this my all-time favorite overnight stay in CR.

The only think I didn't like was realizing how much more I have been spending at hotels when I could have stayed in this lovely spot.

Top quality furnishings and equipment, similar to a 4/5-star hotel. All equipment is top notch and fairly modern, particularly the bathroom. Good quality breakfast, with enough food. Very welcoming owner, available for help and not intrusive. Good recommendations (sightseeing and restaurants) from the owner.

As it is slightly off city center a car is required.

Breakfast was extraordinary! Lorrie’s Blueberry pancakes were so delicious and served with sausages, Sirup, fresh fruit and a yogurt, as well as coffee and orange juice!

Like others also said, the door to the bathroom is not see through but it also doesn’t close completely- you can hear everything… but if you are a couple or good friends that doesn’t really bother you

I received a warm welcome. the room was very clean and tidy. the breakfast was very good. i was delighted to stay in this establishment. and I will return without hesitation. Thanks for your hospitality!

Beautiful B&B with wonderful hosts! It felt like home and the breakfast was delicious. The room had everything you could possibly need, I particularly loved the coffee machine. I was just sad that I couldn’t manage to book a longer stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Campbell River with Lorrie. From the moment we arrived, Lorrie and her dogs made us feel right at home. Her place was very clean - shoes off at the door, sanitizer in shared spaces, and surfaces thoroughly cleaned. The large, delicious, and varied breakfasts fuelled our daily adventures, and it was great to share stories with Lorrie and the other guests each morning. We loved the generous amount of storage space in the room and the comfiness of the bed. We recommend staying here and hope to come back again!

Lorrie is a fantastic host with a great sense of humour. She is very helpful, knowledgeable of the local area, and makes a wonderful breakfast. The bed was super comfortable. Thank you, Lorrie.
