Comfortable place to stay, lovely staff and good facilities.

Floors of room could be cleaner. There was dirt in the bathroom and left over aluminium foil from a wrapper in the bedroom. I was on the ground floor and my curtains did not 100% close so I felt that I didn’t have the privacy I required especially at night with the lights on. There is ALOT of homeless people wondering around the property as there is a shelter across the street. They are not dangerous but it is very confronting to see people passed out from drug use.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and cheery. The lobby area was great with a nice working area with plenty of tables and plugins and a great, deluxe coffee machine that made lattes. The breakfast was very good with a good variety of hot and cold items. Very close to the marina we needed to access as well as a plethora of caffes and restaurants. Comfortable bed and room with mini fridge.

Not much, it was great.

The location and the pool especially when you go for lots of hike or long walk after you use the pool it’s awesome

Room service there are a little bit to much especially there is a bit older lady I don’t know if she is the trainer or what . But she want to know your every move, how many ppl check in , she will follow you in elevator and ask you is you need room service . That part I didn’t appreciate . From last 5 or 6 years we stay here every year we go Campbell River

Very good value for money hotel. For me, as a person from Europe and I have something to compare with, I can say a very clean hotel, excellent service, location in the city center. Our room was on the third floor, great view of the city, the design of the room is impressive and it was clean. I will definitely return to this hotel if I am in Cambell River. I recommend to all!

The quality of the breakfast could be better, except for the scrambled eggs, I didn't like anything else and there weren't enough vegetables. But it didn't upset me.

Sadly I got a room looking at the street so that was a disappointment. It appears that most rooms have a bit of a water view, but mine overlooked a bunch of homeless people. I asked if I could change rooms - willing to pay! But was told the option wasn’t available.

The building and lobby were much nicer than I expected. The real bonus was the staff, in particular Safa at the front desk (so welcoming and professional) and the breakfast staff.

Not much other than I could have used a more comfy pillow. The one I had was fine but sometimes when I stay in hotels, they have pillows that you melt into :)

really friendly and helpful staff genuinely interested in helping guest. clean, spacious room. balcony view out to the water was great.

The only thing I can think of is possibly an extra comfy chair in the rooms. We had two double beds in the room but only one chair.

The room was clean , bed was very comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. There is a breakfast included in the price and it opened at 630 am , this was a bonus for us as we were up and on the road early.

The hotel is across the street from a homeless shelter, but it did not affect the cleanliness or the feeling of safety of the hotel itself or its grounds.

The breakfast was fantastic. Room large and clean.

My credit card kept getting declined even though my bank said there was absolutely no issues with it and I used it at several other hotels after our stay at the Comfort Inn. Definitely something I their end.

Located in Campbell River it’s convenient to lots of activities. Rooms are quiet. Breakfast is good. Fair amount of choice for this kind of motel.

Very sterile feel. Town is not particularly nice but location is close to many wonderful places
