The location (surrounded by vineyards) is very quiet and safe; the room, while very basic, provides all the needs for a comfortable stay; it is within a few minutes' drive of amenities in Keremeos, and best of all, the European-style breakfast with fresh buns & bread baked in their onsite bakery along with assorted deli meats & cheeses, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and fruit, boiled egg, juice & coffee are what keeps this property on our "go to" list whenever we are in the area. There is a restaurant and winery on the property as well, but we have not yet availed ourselves of these offerings.

Perhaps a couple of coat hooks in the room?

From the moment we arrived we were treated in a friendly and welcoming manner. We were fortunate that we arrived on a Friday for pizza night. Order the 12" Special--so good! We didn't have time for the wine tasting but there was a wonderful variety of wines from on-site grown grapes. The European style breakfast was amazing and delivered directly to our room right at the time we requested. Definitely stay here again!

It's a bit on the rustic side but, to us, it just added to the ambiance.

Location was amazing. Very easy to find too. Free wine tasting with the accommodation was an unexpected treat! The food from the in-house restaurant is amazing. Sourdough pizza from the wood-fired oven was delicious. We really enjoyed the breakfast too, bread, cold meat, cheese, eggs and fruit with plenty of coffee was just what we needed! Sitting outside in the garden, listening to the live music, and drinking local cider was so memorable.

Flies. Particularly inside during breakfast, they were everywhere.

With an on-site bakery the continental breakfast is excellent. Dinners also excel, especially the pizzas made in the outside pizza oven. All the meals outside are on the patio in wonderful scenic countryside of vineyards and fruit trees and mountains. The added bonus of local music outside on Fri and Sat nights was great. Staff are very friendly and very efficient. We have stayed before and hope to stay again. Highly recommended.

You can expect accommodation to be basic but not uncomfortable.

Location in a working winery at the edge of a vineyard, and an apple orchard in front of the guest house. Nice restaurant, with a bakery which produced just incredible artisan breads.

We've stayed here before but this time in a twin room. The twin mattresses were lumpy and and not very comfortable. We'll come back but only in a room with a double bed.

The stay included a free wine tasting which was a nice surprise. There is a patio/restaurant that is set on the side of their vineyard, and the food and wine was delicious. Nice to watch the sun set behind the mountains. The European style breakfast was a great way to start the day!

The mattresses could have been a bit thicker on the single beds.

The setting is beautiful. A little guesthouse snuggled in a valley of vineyards. Really lovely! We also enjoyed the restaurant downstairs. We didn't eat but the wine was amazing! There was even a live band playing! but don't worry, it didn't go late and we had a great, quiet sleep. We stayed here to break up a trip further east and I would strongly recommend this place. It's not fancy but it's a nice, clean, unique choice.

The pillows were a bit soft for my liking

This was a delightful place to stay with bright, nicely appropriated rooms upstairs, a charming restaurant serving delicious food and drink (including award winning Crowsnest Vineyard wines), welcoming and accommodating staff and a terrific breakfast tray delivered to our room. Oh, and in a peaceful, beautiful valley with vineyards and fruit tree orchards everywhere.

The room is spacious and very clean. Coffee and Tea are available. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is excellent and one of the main reasons we like to stay here. We were in a hurry to leave early and Anna accommodated us with early breakfast and I was even able to buy some of her wonderful sourdough bread. The only disappointment was that their great restaurant was not open for dinner the night we stayed. This is one of our very favourite places to stay on our travels.

Excellent meals - we particularly liked the way the breakfast was organized. Meals were served in a lovely patio.

The beds were not particularly comfortable, and the bathroom was not good. The placement of the shelf over the sink meant that it was not possible to lean down over the sink.
