Location - good, next to petrol stations, eateries, downhill walk to town and therefore easy access to the lake which is fabulous together with the views and mountain backdrop, and obviously the beach. When the season fully opens on 15th May, the beach will be very popular, and the hotel booked fully!! Easy access to roads leading out of Osoyoos.

The restaurant was being renovated as off season, meaning we had a “grab and go” breakfast which wasn’t that substantial. The internet has a weak signal in the bedroom - we were 2nd floor - so watching a film on a tablet etc was interrupted for buffering (irritating).

Phill and all staff were perfect. I accidentally booked an accessible room in the newer building. Phill changed my room to pool level in older building, which was perfect for my 10year old boy. The room smelled brand new. Bed was super comfy. We had a bbq for dinner, with another family. And we got an extra 30mins of pool time.

No outlet for new usb c charging cord. Only usb. Front desk did have a block I was able to borrow. :)

The real gem was Phil, the person working the desk. He was taking multiple calls from people displaced by the fires. I made an error in the date for our trip as we also had to quickly change our plan. He fixed our booking (Booking.com was also helpful) and even arranged for last minute accommodations for my 92 year old mother. Did it all with a calm approach and a smile. Hard to find service like that. The people working at the hotel were also really friendly and responsive. Will return there for sure!

Nice comfortable hotel, had everything we needed

Breakfast was poor but was the same as every hotel we stayed in. Very basic Continental style breakfast. Sun goes off the pool very early around 13:00.

We loved the layout of how the rooms were accessible to the pool. The newer rooms were lovely too.

Only one little thing- the quickest access out of the room to the pool was through the back door in the room, however we couldn’t leave without it being unlocked while at the pool, so we had to have one person walk around the front way. Key card access through the back doors of the new rooms would solve this, but not a big deal as we loved our stay overall.

Breakfast was adequate. We appreciated non disposable dishes! Phil on the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was very modern and clean with comfortable beds.

A little fresh fruit would be a nice addition. We could hear the people above us (heavy footsteps) but not when we were asleep.

From the moment I walked in, the gentleman at the front desk (Phil) was kind, friendly and anticipated our arrival. He was informative, funny and very welcoming to Osoyoos. We loved how quiet the room was, and it was nice to have a sink and table area too. The beds were comfortable and the room was warm. We liked the location because although it wasn't right downtown, it was only a 2-3 minute drive which was great for us. We didn't try the breakfast (we have a lot of dietary restrictions), so we can't report on that but it looked like they had quite a few options!

Ck in was great with Phil, not a virtual ck in like I had recently in Gallup NM with a guy in India on a TV screen. We like your traditional, personal ck in. Phil also answered our questions for recommendations for eating places in town.

I didn’t care to hear our next door neighbors conversations thru the wall next to our bed. We could even hear him clear his throat or cough.

Air conditioner kept turning on and off, took a long time to cool room at night and was very loud. But not a big deal as I slept with ear plugs.

The The breakfast was okay, had everything we needed. We stayed in the new tower, it was new and modern. We had stayed here before and stayed in the old part of hotel and it needed an update. Enjoyed the new tower much better.
