Pretty centrally located.

I wanted to bring my cat on the trip with me as I couldn’t find a sitter. When I first made the reservation fairly in advance, I immediately had emailed the hotel to ask if I could bring my cat. They informed me that although they are not a pet friendly hotel - for extra $20 I could bring my cat. A few days before my trip, I decided to email hotel again and confirm about brining my cat and they said -no. I had to scramble last minute and request a friend to help and take my cat for the week. It was a big inconvenience right before the trip. When I got to the hotel and asked the front desk staff, she confirmed 2 rooms in the hotel were pet friendly and if I had called I would’ve been given those rooms. I wish there was more clarity and transparency during the reservation process.

Very clean, modern and spacious room, no road noise (although we could hear people upstairs stomping around a lot), very comfy beds. Outdoor pool was absolutely gorgeous, I liked that it was more in the shade, very refreshing. Pool towels provided. Complimentary breakfast was rather simple, but hit the spot. Lovely staff. I believe it was still a bit of off season, but it was a good value.

Just some small unimportant things: - the toaster in the breakfast room must be the slowest toaster in the world 😀 - could use some extra pillows (but would probably get them should we asked) - TV remote would for some reason only work when standing no further than 4 feet from the box, even after changing the batteries

Location - good, next to petrol stations, eateries, downhill walk to town and therefore easy access to the lake which is fabulous together with the views and mountain backdrop, and obviously the beach. When the season fully opens on 15th May, the beach will be very popular, and the hotel booked fully!! Easy access to roads leading out of Osoyoos.

The restaurant was being renovated as off season, meaning we had a “grab and go” breakfast which wasn’t that substantial. The internet has a weak signal in the bedroom - we were 2nd floor - so watching a film on a tablet etc was interrupted for buffering (irritating).

Phill and all staff were perfect. I accidentally booked an accessible room in the newer building. Phill changed my room to pool level in older building, which was perfect for my 10year old boy. The room smelled brand new. Bed was super comfy. We had a bbq for dinner, with another family. And we got an extra 30mins of pool time.

No outlet for new usb c charging cord. Only usb. Front desk did have a block I was able to borrow. :)

The real gem was Phil, the person working the desk. He was taking multiple calls from people displaced by the fires. I made an error in the date for our trip as we also had to quickly change our plan. He fixed our booking (Booking.com was also helpful) and even arranged for last minute accommodations for my 92 year old mother. Did it all with a calm approach and a smile. Hard to find service like that. The people working at the hotel were also really friendly and responsive. Will return there for sure!

Nothing. It was clean and well set up and in a great location. Good value.

The breakfast was not exceptional but the normal buffet. They did have boiled eggs instead of the instant scrambled. Beds were comfy and the room had lots of space. It was quiet as the windows faced into the courtyard.

We were only there one night so had no dislikes.

Breakfast was poor but was the same as every hotel we stayed in. Very basic Continental style breakfast. Sun goes off the pool very early around 13:00.

Super friendly & welcoming check in experience. Room was very clean & beds comfy! The pool & hot tub were really nice...breakfast was adequate. We would stay again!

Bathroom was tiny with little counter space but a minor downside in the scheme of things...

Rooms were clean and spacious.

A/C was quite loud but still thankful for it. The bathroom was very small and no washroom by the pool. No plates, cutlery or dishes in room. Microwave but nothing you can put food on to reheat.

We loved the layout of how the rooms were accessible to the pool. The newer rooms were lovely too.

Only one little thing- the quickest access out of the room to the pool was through the back door in the room, however we couldn’t leave without it being unlocked while at the pool, so we had to have one person walk around the front way. Key card access through the back doors of the new rooms would solve this, but not a big deal as we loved our stay overall.
