The owners are amazing people. Extremely accommodating, and helpful. We originally were only staying in Osoyoos for 3 days but wanted to stay longer, hotel we were staying at for the first 3 days couldn’t accommodate us. So I booked with the Westridge Motor Inn, and am I ever glad I did! We had slight mix up when booking through this website (my mistake). When I called owners next day stating I made a mistake, they found me a pet friendly room and made me feel relaxed to enjoy the rest of my vacation. We met some of the greatest people staying at the hotel, because that’s what happens at this great place. You make friends, and you end your night with laughs and memories. Rash and Ravenna the owners are the most amazing people to get to know. They went above and beyond for all guest as we witnessed. All the staff are great. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. I would tell anyone and everyone to definitely stay here. Beautiful pool, hot tub. Outside shower, as well as change rooms with bathroom and shower in it as well. Nice grassed BBQ area. Restaurant on site, with great food! I’m already planning next year’s stay! Thank you Ravenna and Rash. For making the end of our vacation the best part of the whole two weeks.

My only regret is I didn’t book here sooner and had to leave so soon

The location was perfect. We have beautiful weather. We were surrounded by the mountains. Just gorgeous. Got to see a lot of birds of prey from our motel, including all sprays and the trip into the town wasn’t too far by car couple of minutes. Everything was on our doorstep pretty much and the Owners of the motel let us stay a couple of extra days which obviously we paid for, but it was very gracious of them to let us stay just because we are enjoying ourselves so much.

Absolutely nothing.

Very engaging owner upon arrival. Pleasantly surprised to find a fully renovated room. They did not spare anything with their renovation. That included an acrylic soaker tub and some very nice tile work. Mattress and linens were next to new and everything was very clean.

The only reason I gave a 8 on comfort was because it was cold on arrival. In fairness I was there in less than 30 minutes after booking, so there was no time for them to prep. They did have an auxiliary heater which warmed it up quickly. I understand the need to conserve energy when it is unoccupied.

I didn't have breakfast. The location is excellent. The room I stayed in had been recently redone with new paint. The bathroom was excellent, fully renovated with white tile throughout and looked sparkling clean. The staff I met were very helpful and courteous. The TV and internet services were good. It was great to look outside the window in the morning and see beautiful Lake Skaha.

I couldn't get the Keurig coffeemaker to work, although I followed all the instructions. I would have preferred a paler yellow paint with the mauve walls.

Pet friendly and pet friendly green space just infront of the building. Super friendly owners renovated spacious modern rooms with dinner table fridge microwave coffee machine tv and in the bathroom everything you need to travel light. The owners gave me a $6 discount for staying a second night and booking it directly with them not via booking. I am impressed!!!

It's not in the centre but it's only a 20 minutes walk down the hill to the centre. No black out curtains.

Was such a pleasant stay! We had our room upgraded and it was really nice, rooms were clean and well kept. Had AC and multiple fans to keep out the desert heat! had everything we needed. Quiet and relaxing. The pool area was well kept, even had a fire pit table which was nice to sit around at night. Close to everything and the property managers went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend ! Will definitely come back.

The breakfast was excellent and had good value for the money. The parking was easy and front desk staff were great to deal with from booking in to booking out. Was very satisfied with the location and stay.

The only small criticism is that the air conditioner was very loud but we were so tired we still fell asleep very easily on the comfortable beds.

The room was completely renovated including a new bed. Room had a blackout blind which is very much needed in Osoyoos. I liked the space between the pool area and the rooms. Noise from pool areas in the summer can be a problem in some hotels but not here. I have stayed at three other hotels in Osoyoos and this has been the best so far in my opinion. There is a washing machine and dryer that are free to use and soap and dryer sheets were available in a vending machine, Very handy when staying for more than a week. Reception staff were always willing to help, even giving us there own tea bags when i asked if there was any tea!

Room service was limited to start with, but got better later on in our stay. I don't think they were used to having people stay for more than a few nights. Ice was available at reception as the ice machine was broken on our visit.

The room I was given, 102 was either redone recently or has been very well kept up. At the price versus other hotels in the area, in October at least, as long as the room is representative of the rest, this will be my choice in Osoyoos.

I received a message advising me to check the website for check in times, but never found a check in time there. The message did specify no later than 10PM (which is not unexpected at a family run property) They did send a message early on the day of arrival asking when I would be there but I couldn't answer it as I did not know. The lobby had a check in time posted, the form at check in had a different time. (one was 4pm, the other was 5pm). Check out time was 10AM which is pushing too early.

I would highly recommend this accomodation. It is centrally located so easy to find. The motel is much more attractive than shown in the photos, with the centre piece being a lovely pool and green shady area to sit. The host was wonderfully accomodating, ensuring we made good use of the pool. The units were perfect for our needs, modern and clean. Our room was quite small but had everything. The other family suite we booked was spacious. Decor is crisp. We ate at the on-site restaurant for a classic cooked breakfast with a very full menu and excellent service. Plenty of parking very close to the units. The motel would be a very comfortable base from which to explore the region.
