Very clean, great outdoor sitting areas, exactly what I would expect for a breakfast that's included in the hotel price. There were a few homeless people outside at night using the outdoor space and smoking, but I told the staff and they told the people to move along which they did in a polite way.

The breakfast is great, I was always there until 10am when it closed and there was always so many extra eggs and sausages, I'm talking at least 10 eggs and probably 20 or more sausages. If all that food was just getting thrown out (which is what I assume) that is ridiculous especially when you see all the homeless people in Oliver. On the other hand if it's getting reheated day by day that's also disgusting. Those things don't take long to make, and the attendant was always there so it should be easy to make eggs and sausage depending on the number of people that go to breakfast.

The first morning the breakfast (9am) was a disappointment. Not much variety and waffle makers were out of order. Only sausages & egg patties available - no bacon. One bagel left & bread but no muffin option. No regular black tea choice. Not much fresh fruit. By the third morning we went elsewhere for breakfast. The last morning (fourth) the waffle makers were operational. Missed the opportunity to use the fitness centre as didn't realize one might access it BEFORE 9am. Too busy later in day to use.

The lack of breakfast choices if a person sleeps in a bit and not able to access gym earlier in morning before breakfast was a disappointment.

We had a room facing the parking lot, but were moved into a room facing the river upon our request. The pool and hot-tub were fun. Our room was quiet, and we slept very well. Breakfast was decent.

We had a question for the front desk, just after 9pm. We called - several times - but no one picked up...

Staff were helpful. In the fitness room, the aircon worked and was adjustable, all the machines worked, as did the TV. Oliver is a sweet little town with an excellent swimming lake a short walk away from the hotel. We swam everyday before breakfast. The coffee at breakfast was the best we have had in Canada.

Poor lighting in the room made reading in bed tricky. The waffle machine at breakfast was broken for 3 days. The opening hours of the fitness room were reduced as immediately next door was a customer bedroom.

Clean, good location, comfortable beds. Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast basic but very good. Lovely breakfast ladies replenishing everything. Small pool but perfect for 5 & 8 yo. House keeping friendly, brought towels and coffee when we needed it. Would stay here again.

Our credit card was being replaced so it was a bit of a hassle to pay with debit but with the help of a manager the front desk got it done.

What I didn't like was the bathroom fan wouldn't shut off. We listened to that noise all night long even with the bathroom door shut. Why isn't there a switch to turn it off. Other then that a very comfortable place.

Beds were comfortable, free breakfast had something for every one.

Vending machines weren't stocked with drinks. There is coffee, tea, and juices available but only during the breakfast hours. It would be nice to have some kind of drinks available through the day and evenings. Rooms were clean except for the walls and around doors. Definitely needed a good wipe down.

Predictable

The breakfast could be earlier. The pool could stay open later. There could have been two / three night stands at the head of the bed. Four bath towels instead of two. I did not need the room cleaned after one night just would have appreciated four towels right from the start

Location good for visiting wine region. Very clean and comfortable good value for money and free parking

Could have had more coffee pods as only two allocated per day

Bed was the most comfortable that we have EVER had in a Hotel! Very comfortable breakfast eating area. Roomy and nice chairs etc.

Bathroom fan would not turn off EVER. Staff just said to 'close the door'..which was not convenient during the night.
