I liked the ease of self check-in, the location and the value.

The front wall offered no sound proofing. We(children included)were awakened early to people standing outside our door telling inappropriate stories quite loudly. Also the way the bathroom is laid out, the toilet is slightly in the way of the door. My daughter had to pull the door very hard to open it when inside. It hit her toe and bent the toenail back, very painful! Oh, also the parking spaces are tiny! Even for a car they are too small to get out comfortably.

Friendly owners. Nice, clean, large room with separate bedroom. Kitchenette with refrigerator, hotplate. Free wifi. Television. Reminded me of an apartment.

Decor was sparse. Should take advantage of local fruit and winery business and perhaps frame pics/drawings of fruit, wine, local scenery to give more local charm. Use of lobby could include sitting areas for guests to hang out and mingle. Maybe some board games. (I'm into board games.) Again with decor and highlighting local charm and hotspots.

This location is PERFECT for participating in the Oliver Triathlon. I had a quiet room with a kitchenette, could spread alllll my Tri stuff out to organize, shower was perfectly hot for me and toaster/coffee maker/fridge/microwave are an awesome addition to help save money if not wanting to eat out!

I have no complaints. I have stayed here several times to race and always am happy with my room, the cleanliness and the check-in/check-out procedure. What's to not like for this price? It's a BARGAIN!

This was the best motel I have ever stayed in. The staff were exceptional. The room was perfect. The most comfortable bed ever, lovely sheets. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave. So many towels it was better than a hotel. No joke, The Cactus Tree Inn should not be driven past. And it was the best value in the whole of BC. It is clear that the people running this place care. The details show that. Make this your choice you will not regret it. I stayed an extra night rather than take a risk down the road with anything else. 10/10

The coffee could have been tastier. But that is a personal thing.

It was quiet. Location was good. Pretty clean. Basic but comfortable and felt safe. Pool was enjoyed. Beds were comfy. We all slept great. And self check in was honestly nice.

I found dark long hair on the bed and in bathroom... under the stairs was honestly kind of gross with all the visible garbage and boxes. I also wished the designated smoking area was farther away from the stairs because you walk through a huge smoke cloud coming down and my kiddos have asthma.

This room was great. Really clean and comfortable. They offer a contactless check-in/check-out process which is super convenient. Air conditioner worked awesome and the pool they have is also awesome! I would stay here again for sure. It’s only like 20 minutes from Osoyoos and way cheaper than the options there.

Our second year coming here. It's simple and clean and no nonsense. Love the saltwater pool. Pool needs some fixing up for sure but its just wear and tear. It's still super clean and does the job. The couple that run it are great.

The bed was very comfortable.

Not enough towels and the bathtub drain is very slow , time your shower is finish the tub is full of water. The toilet also has no pressure to flush have to hold handle down through the whole flush. Not enough towels. The coffee maker wasn’t cleaned properly so didn’t even use it. No water glasses. This is all fix able.

Location was alright

The fan in the bathroom, was loose or something so even whe. It was off it kept rattling all night long, the person below or beside me kept pressing buttons on the heater aircon and turning it off and on all night long,

Comfortable, clean, updated somewhat, friendly front desk.

It’s not as nice as The Coast which comes with breakfast, but for the money it’s a great value. I highly recommend it if you are a budget traveller.
