The location/proximity to the beach was fantastic, the free breakfast was better than expected, the kids loved the pool (though it's a bit cold), and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice and comfortable overall.

Housekeeping only emptied our garbage and provided more toilet paper. They didn't wipe anything down or even make our bed. Also, we were a party of four, so we were using the queen bedroom and a pullout couch. I had to request bedding for the pullout, then only received one pillow, so had to request another. Also, the blanket we got for the pullout was so thin and small.

EVERY staff person at this hotel was professional, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and had a great attitude. The beds were perfect! So comfortable. The room was bright, fresh, clean and well appointed. The private beach, bbq area, lounge chairs are a great addition ! Location is excellent. You can walk to everything you need including wine tastings.

Not all rooms have been renovated yet. Make sure you get one of the renovated rooms or you won't have the same expeience. The pool and hot tub are indoors. An outdoor hot tub would be an amazing addition.

We've been coming to the Holiday Inn Osoyoos for a few years now. This was the first year that everything worked out perfectly. The staff went above and beyond to provide us with exactly what we wanted :).

I still don't like the way they put a hold on your card for the full amount + damages. There's no arguing it. I've never encountered anything like it at other hotels (in Osoyoos or elsewhere).

We always stay at this property as we love the location and the rooms are a good size.

This is the first time in all our years of staying at the hotel that the 2 staff members on check in were rude and not helpful at all. We had booked 2 rooms but they only had 1 booked, I showed them my confirmation and they said well that's what happens when you book with a 3rd party (Booking.com). I have always booked with them and never had an issue before.

View good, staff excellent, but as I was mobility challenged there were a few minor problems. Restaurant excellent, staff really helpful and friendly.

Bathroom door opened wrong way for access with a walker, shower floor too slippery. Living room chairs comfortable but difficult getting out of.

Check in was friendly and informative on facilities available. Secure underground parking. Breakfast included in our price was enjoyable with seating overlooking the lake in Dining room. Our breakfast menu had great choices, and our server was very pleasant and attentive.

The view was beautiful. We liked that it had a balcony and it was on the top floor. Beds were comfortable. It was roomy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Small bathroom, lighting was not great and no towel tack to hang hand towel.

Staff were great, room was clean, underground parking is a real plus. Great views, centrally located.

The only real issue was the balcony should be cleaned. But that was the only thing I would recommend, we had an excellent stay.

The location, facility and staff were great! The stay was very comfortable, I love the private beach and the room was nice and quiet. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Balcony was a little dirty and the bathroom could use a bit of upgrading. The bbqs at the hotel wasn’t working properly.

Amazing location with the lake in front and behind. We had the stunning Queen Suite, fully equiped kitchen area, cooker, microwave, coffee maker etc. Highly recommend this property.

Had a prob with a meal, ordered steak, very well done, no blood, but sent mine back as it was the exact opposite. the waitress was lovely and appologised on behalf of the chef, etc, but when it was taken back to cook it some more, the fries that had been touched by the blood were taken off my plate, as was some of the salad, but wasnt replaced. Other than that, we did have a really lovely stay. Thanks to all. Dawn and Janice ( my friend Janices first visit , she was my husbands carer and friend, and she accompanied me on the trip that was meant to be me, my husband and her. Saddly my husband died suddenly, but we carried out our plans and brought his ashes to sprinkle outside on the lake....
