The room (2 bedrooms with queen beds and kitchen) was clean and well stocked. The appliances were all in good working order. It is conveniently located close to 2 beaches and the main drag. The management team was extremely friendly. Indi and I had many pleasant conversations, and he never was in a hurry to avoid talking or just smiling as he encountered you. Any inquiries we had were answered immediately. The pool was refreshing as the outside temperatures hovered in the 36 -38 °C or 96 - 98 °F. It is also very quiet at night.

The only negative would be the mattress on our bed. It was very hard. When we mentioned this management was most apologetic. Indi said they were looking into more upgrades in the coming months. My wife found the water temperature in the pool to be very cold. I on the other hand did not.

Convenient location, short walk to public beach. Nice pool with seating area, lots of chairs, small tables, and picnic tables on the grounds. 2 bedroom suite: 2 good size bedrooms with queen beds, dressers, bedside tables, rod for hanging clothes. Living area with sofa bed, table and chairs, kitchenette with most things one could need. Bathroom with tub. Good lighting.

No toaster, fridge not quite clean (needed a wipe), grout at bottom of tub wall/top of tub stained, non-slip bath mat stained with mildew (hurray for having one - most places don't!), baseboards in bathroom dirty. The suite just needed a bit more to make it spotless and a 10.

The owners were friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They were on the property doing yard work: very available. The room looked freshly renovated, very clean, although they apparently hadn't done any renovations; clearly they look after their property very well! The property was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Hot water worked great. Nothing was missing. Lighting was good. I was grateful for the portable hair dryer.

The shower was a little awkward as I kept hitting the handle with my elbow and it would get hotter or colder suddenly, but I got used to it and learned how to avoid doing that. A very small thing.

I was a bit reluctant to stay in a motel as it’s been a long time since I’ve stayed in one but when the prices came in for hotels.. I was like “mmm… maybe a motel is a better option for this trip”. The gentleman at the desk was friendly, the room was quite roomy, bathroom quite roomy as well, clean, and the fridge was bigger than hotels too! It wasn’t fancy.. but it was a great place to get ready for the day and get a good nights rest too. Would recommend!

Reservation was exactly what we asked for (two rooms, two persons). Desk clerk was efficient and friendly. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Although facility was older it didn't have that feeling. The pool was nice, the parking was good and it's near, but not on, the lake. Note: lot of lake access through city parks effort- very, very nice.

No elevator, otherwise not complaints

It’s in a quiet location. They allow dogs. Good parking. Check out the bakery next door!

We travel with our dog so happy we can stay here. Just wish they would put those staying with a dog at the very end of the building and not in the middle of everyone. This would prevent a dog being on alert and perhaps barking when they hear noises.

We come to oysoyoos every summer. Since we discovered Lakeview Motel we have returned year after year as it ticks all the boxes for us. Great location - close to the beach. Simple but great accommodations such as a kitchen with fridge, stove, dishes, and cutlery. It's always clean. We love that the pool is very close to the rooms so we can go back and forth with ease and also keep a watchful eye over our children. For us it's perfect!

Location is across from nice quiet beach where you can rent water toys to enjoy the lake . A Small bakery next door . The location doesn’t have as much traffic because it is further from downtown

The room was great, clean and spacious. No dirty carpets!!! Laminate flooring is great. Comfortable bed. Coffee, good size bar fridge and microwave.

The shower is 2ft x 3ft ,so quite small with a rain shower head, hard to get away from. That's all!

The Motel is a bit older but is well maintained and represents a very value for the price. The room was spacious and clean. It was nice to have a full-sized fridge and microwave. This is a quiet area, especially in the off-season. The mattress was an older type spring mattress but was adequate and provided full support.

Lighting could be a little bit better, especially if both people want to read in bed.
