This was our third or fourth stay at the Holiday Inn in Osoyoos, and we keep coming back for its unbeatable location. Right on the beachfront, it’s steps away from Osoyoos Lake and close to family-friendly activities, restaurants, and grocery stores. The hotel’s swimming pool is a highlight—clean, spacious, and great for kids—but it can get very crowded in the evenings. Next to the pool, there’s a small gym with a solid selection of exercise equipment, which is a nice bonus. The second-floor restaurant is a gem, serving a delicious breakfast with stunning views of Osoyoos Lake and the surrounding mountains through large windows. It’s a perfect spot to start the day. The beach access is the standout feature of this hotel. The area is clean, well-maintained, and ideal for relaxing. During our May visit, the weather wasn’t warm enough for swimming in the lake, but the beach was still a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy the scenery. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

We encountered an issue with multiple charges, likely due to a glitch in the Booking.com mobile app. When I contacted the hotel, the front desk manager was quick to resolve the issue efficiently and professionally. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for Booking.com’s customer service. Their process for correcting a simple overcharge felt overly complicated and slow compared to the hotel’s prompt action.

had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. To my surprise and delight, they offered me a free room upgrade at check-in, which made my stay even more comfortable. The upgraded room was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful view. The amenities were great, and the location was perfect for everything I needed. I truly appreciated the extra touch of hospitality – it made a big difference. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!

The apartment is very comfortable. Location and views of the lake very nice. Good underground parking. Staff very friendly.

The breakfast was not good. Missing many options, and bad presentation of the food. Ex: No butter, only margarine; most white bread, but offered inside the supermarket package ; Yogurt looked like a milk; fruits not well presented and the list is long. On top of that a warm and badly ventilated room in a sunny and hot morning. Surprised that Holiday In offered a poor breakfast, having such a great facility.

We loved the layout of the room. It was great for making breakfast or lunch in your room. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. The view from the balcony was amazing. We sat there most nights and watched the sun set. It was also a decent sized balcony that can fit 4 people.

It could use a facelift, especially the bathroom. The water pressure was not great. Also the wifi wasn’t good at times.

The location/proximity to the beach was fantastic, the free breakfast was better than expected, the kids loved the pool (though it's a bit cold), and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice and comfortable overall.

Housekeeping only emptied our garbage and provided more toilet paper. They didn't wipe anything down or even make our bed. Also, we were a party of four, so we were using the queen bedroom and a pullout couch. I had to request bedding for the pullout, then only received one pillow, so had to request another. Also, the blanket we got for the pullout was so thin and small.

EVERY staff person at this hotel was professional, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and had a great attitude. The beds were perfect! So comfortable. The room was bright, fresh, clean and well appointed. The private beach, bbq area, lounge chairs are a great addition ! Location is excellent. You can walk to everything you need including wine tastings.

Not all rooms have been renovated yet. Make sure you get one of the renovated rooms or you won't have the same expeience. The pool and hot tub are indoors. An outdoor hot tub would be an amazing addition.

The property is surrounded on three sides by Osoyoos lake which allows for most rooms to have good to excellent views. It seems to have been recently renovated.

The room was large and recently renovated but some of the furniture was mismatched or missing altogether.

Nice to have a balcony but would have preferred a room with a better view of the lake. Our view was mainly the boats. Still a nice room to have with a balcony. Staff excellent, breakfast was good.

Property itself was great. The only issue was a board along side one of the beds with nails exposed. Both my 5 yr old grandson and myself cut our toes on it.

We've been coming to the Holiday Inn Osoyoos for a few years now. This was the first year that everything worked out perfectly. The staff went above and beyond to provide us with exactly what we wanted :).

I still don't like the way they put a hold on your card for the full amount + damages. There's no arguing it. I've never encountered anything like it at other hotels (in Osoyoos or elsewhere).
