The property is an oasis and a good base to explore the area . Beautiful setting , clean and comfortable room. Monsi and Santiago are the heart of the operation and nothing was too much for them . Made us feel very welcomed.
The bbq was a let down . They are quite rusty to the point that I didn’t think I would want to use them . ( to be honest not sure if they even worked) Coffee maker in the room is very fussy . Often took several tries to get it going, on average about 30 minutes each morning.

Great location! Right by the river and so many vineyards. Stayed in the queen tent which was very comfortable for two humans and luckily in the shade. The pool is great for relaxing (no kids!) and there is a yoga studio with windows overlooking the river. Will 100% stay again.
The shower head in the pool bathroom (also used by the tenters) needs to be replaced. Use the bug spray they provide!

This resort is a Diamond in the rough. The road in is secluded & the resort is not visible. Once you check in & go through the gates it is beautiful.
While we were there Mother Nature was evident. Unfortunately there was a fire on the mountain BUT it was contained & only ambers were seen at night with no smoke. But the helicopters were loud. The other thing was there were a lot of wasps which they did there best to minimize. This place is beautiful & I would highly recommend it & have every intention of returning

An unexpected pleasure to stay here even though it was off season, en route to Vancouver. Roger was the perfect host and the room was comfortable and quiet. We spent two wonderful sessions in the hot tub, watching the stars in the evening and then the moon slipping over the mountains in the early morning. One word of warning, the nearest restaurant for dinner is in Osoyoos, but there is a kitchen on site if you bring your own.

This place is magic! Starting with a wine tasting at the poolside tiki bar, we chatted with other guests and enjoyed the stunning scenery. There is an outdoor and indoor kitchen, and we ended up cooking dinner with fellow guests and sharing more wine! Roger and Suzanne were great hosts, sharing the history of the property. We walked down to the Similkameen river for some photos, before ending up the night on our deck looking up at endless stars. We will definitely be back!
That we were only there 1 night!

Great location. Very fortunate to have resort to ourselves briefly. Very peaceful location right near river. Bring lawn chairs for hanging out. Staff were exceptional. Full kitchen and dining area with all cooking supplies provided as well as refrigerator and freezer space for your groceries that don't fit in minifridge in room. . Great outdoor dining area with propane bbqs. Owner even offered to allow me to charge my EV on property which is a bonus as location is a bit remote. Thanks for that.

This is a small hotel - not too many rooms so it was quiet and intimate. The location was stunning, close to the river and surrounded by open countryside. It's not too far from Osoyoos and there's plenty of wineries to explore. The self serve continental breakfast was good. A wonderful relaxing place to unwind.
Disappointed that the wine tasting wasn't available, although we did have a bottle of their own Viognier which was wonderful.

Beautiful gardens, views of the mountains, the pool area. “lamb chop” the robot lawn mower was very entertaining for my dog.
We stayed in the big beautiful teepee that had an air conditioner that could barely cool in very hot weather. My dog was able to escape through the bottom of the door of the teepee. It could safer if there was a secure fence surroundithe deck

We loved the quiet and peace, the beauty of the surroundings and the low key atmosphere. It truly felt like we were in the country away from the hustle and bustle. The swimming pool was terrific, and a bonus was the kitchen where we could make meals.
The visiting hornets who seemed to appear due to the dry weather.

Roger and Christine are really nice people. The rooms are clean and spacious. Our bed in Room 2 was very comfortable - a firm king bed. The exterior poolside area is nicely landscaped. The continental breakfast had gluten free and dairy free products and there was fresh fruit. We had a lovely walk beside the vineyard. We would recommend staying here. To take advantage of wine tours, kayaking or floating down the river or taking an indigenous tour a minimum 2 night stay is needed.
Instructions should be given to call from Keremeos or Osoyoos as the cell coverage does not work outside the office. We couldn't find anyone upon arrival. Keys were left in an envelope and then we had to figure out how to get through the closed gate.
