The property was clean and the room layout was good. The room had a full kitchen with all of the kitchen utensils and dinnerware you need. The room was freshly renovated and had a good size fridge which was perfect for our family trip. We also really enjoyed the outside seating and barbeque facilities the property had on site. All the room windows had mosquito nets which allows you to get fresh air in without worrying on getting insects in.

The A/C was located right beside the bed which made it difficult for us to use at night as it was blowing cold air right into our heads so we opened the windows overnight.

The mountains create a stunning backdrop for this tranquil spot. After a long drive, it's perfect for unwinding – we'll be back for sure!

Upon arrival, we were tired and noticed the bed sheets appeared worn and crumpled, as if they'd been previously used or someone had lain on them. The sheets weren't properly tucked in, looking untidy." The electric kettle was dirty, and some of the cutlery showed signs of rust. Additionally, there was no chopping board provided.

We had stayed there a week earlier in a small room in the main building and it was great. There is a big area with a barbecue and tables and chairs

This time we ended up in cabin 4 in the RV park. While it was a lot bigger, we were crammed in beside an RV and had no area where we could sit outside the door. Also there were dogs in the RV and the floor of our cabin still animal hair on it. In conclusion, the rooms are great, but the cabins not so good unless you have pets and don’t mind the lack of privacy.

I didn't even expect such a wide selection of services.... when I arrived it was hot, and the room was already cooled, it was spacious, clean, the kitchen has everything you need. There is access to a washing machine and dryer. There is a playground for children and a grill area, also a free access game room. They called us before settling in and provided full instructions on access. The location is great. Everything was cool. Thank you very much for the warm welcome.

The location was good. The bathrooms have been updated. I liked that the beds weren't side by side. The housekeeper was pleasant and cheerful.

The noisy AC. I would have thought that since they were updating the rooms , they would have chosen a quieter unit. In my room, it was right beside the one bed. Good thing I'm a heavy sleeper. The mini fridge shevling was strange inside. It was only good to hold drinks. It also did not have a little freezer to refreeze my ice packs. And, the only thing that stopped me from giving it a 10 out 10 was the ant problem. Woke up the first morning to a huge ant problem in and around the kitchen area, but staff dealt with it quickly, and by the evening, they were completely gone.

The layout of the one-bedroom suite was good, and the beds very comfortable. When we noticed that there weren't any towels, one of the staff came to our room and said it hadn't been cleaned (it looked clean to us!) and were very apologetic. Two people came immediately and fixed all and brought extra coffee for the machine. There were plenty of electrical outlets, which was useful. The price was reasonable compared to a similar place we'd stayed at the previous night.

Cars going by on the highway were a little noisy.

It was very clean, updated recently, had everything we needed to cook with and was quiet. It was small but adequate. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.

A couple of hooks on the back of the door would have been great. Nowhere to hang anything, but we made do.

It was centrally located to downtown Oliver. The room was comfortable with air conditioning, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms. Staff was helpful.

Parking is a bit tight if you have a long vehicle. Beds are a bit low but were comfortable once you get in :)

Super clean, well equipped, super well maintained, nice common room with games, great outdoor space for sitting or bbqs. Staff friendly and helpful. Various fruit trees available for picking.

Double Queen rooms a little snug

Cute rooms recently renovated. Full kitchen in the family suite allowed us to prep team meals. Having us all stay in the room block was easy to stay connected. Would stay again!
