The location couldn’t have been better—right across from the lake and a lovely promenade on the waterfront; walking distance to lots of restaurants, and with live music on the beach every night. It’s also just a quick 10-minute drive to some incredible wineries in the Benchlands. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well appointed. The staff truly made the stay special—huge thanks to Kendra for her responsiveness and flexibility. We had such a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Kettle Creek Beach Resort. We’ll definitely be back!

The property is a “vintage” motel that has been very tastefully redone. In fact, the vintage aspect was really charming and the location to the lake and beach was superb for an early morning swim. The hotel is well maintained and welcome. The rooms were very impressive - modern, super clean and beds were very comfy. The attached bar/restaurant (sociale) is a highlight…with a beach/lake facing deck, great food and wine and super service! Great communication from the hotel, with efficient and easy check-in. Highly recommend.

The location of the motel and the location of our room were excellent. We liked the garden area and sat there quite often. The staff were pleasant and helpful when we had questions. We liked the colors and the decorating. Hopefully, the furniture stands up to long-term use. Perhaps an extra shelf could be installed in the kitchen for guests to plac3 their food stuff.

There is no bathroom fan. There is no lighting over the kitchen area. Although we found the bed comfortable enough, some (larger) people may find it uncomfortable. The edge of our mattress is kinda rolled over, probably due to people sitting on the edge in the same place. We realize this is an old building and is built to standards from many years past. We do appreciate the efforts to make it more up to date.

I had a great stay. The room is a bit small, with low ceiling, which can be a bit claustrophobic. But I just stayed for one night, and went back to room only to sleep. So if you are looking to stay some time inside your room, you might want to look for a larger size room (not sure about the options, I believe that I stayed in the smallest one). Despite the size, the room is well equipped, with lovely decoration, and nice painting colors. It had a modern TV (which I didn't use), and an old (but efficient) AC, which I also didn't use (it wasn't too hot that night). I didn't meet any staff, but they where very polite and kind trough text messages. It was self check in and check out, which I liked. Fast and convenient.

The room, as I mentioned before, was a bit small. And I believe it was way too expensive for what it was offered (but I stayed during the labour holiday long weekend, so everything was overpriced). But the location was worth the price. Also I didn't think it was super clean, like sills and corners a bit dirty, but an overall was clean enough.

Location location! Beautiful motel steps from the beach, well appointed rooms and helpful staff. Loved the on site restaurant as well. Love that beach towels are available in office and that you can park right out front your room. Also a good sized patio with chairs. The common area was really well kept and clean with comfy chairs and a fire pit.

We stayed for 4 nights and would have liked some house keeping around day 3 (towels, sweeping, toilet paper) being so close to the beach the sand tends to get everywhere. Beds also were not the comfiest but were adequate.

Communication was excellent! I had 21 people to arrange rooms for and they were very accommodating, great with communication, and we even got to check in 4 hours early which was amazing.

The 4 bedroom suite was absolutely perfect. The view was amazing, everything was clean and it was just exactly what we needed for a group weekend together with friends.

We had three cabins with family (no kids) in each. Weather was perfect for sitting in the courtyard around the fireplace and then we had a great dinner gathering at the tapas place on the corner. We also had a lovely walk along the beach front then great coffee and breakfast sandwich at the same little restaurant on the corner the next morning. Not sure if it is part of the resort but it was right there and really nice. We had kids visiting and there were young families enjoying the BBQ's. Great place to stay.

I didn't like the only sink in the main room. Would be better in the bathroom with a mirror in the main room.

The room was great. It had 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. It was newly renovated so it was beautiful. The location was perfect for us as we love going to okanagan beach. It was right across the street. The staff was very accommodating when I asked for a later checkout time.

The only thing was that it got hot in the bedrooms. So maybe ceiling fans would help. And also I would have liked if it had full length mirrors.

Quiet, warm and comfortable in late winter. There are lots of plug-ins. Lots of parking. Many fixtures/appliances have been replaced with new, which overcomes the motel’s age!

The bed mattress could have been more upscale, but each person has their own likes and dislikes. Every thing else was great!

Completely hands off experience. I received a text with the door code prior to arrival and was given directions as to where everything is or who to contact if I had issues or questions. Freshly renovated units and looks super cute with pleasant paint colors reminiscent of a beach house getaway. Right across the street from the beach, but we were there mid February so it wasn't our priority. Restarant within steps of the front door and super close to many other attractions
