Location was great, there is a Denny's across the street. There also a restaurant in the hotel. Room was comfortable, with A/C and a great space with a desk to write. Washroom had a great shower (no tub), which makes it easier to go into the shower - loved it.

Having to cross the busy street to get to Denny's, but it was ok, just need to be careful. Maybe the hotel could request a cross walk from the city?

Nice hotel close to parks and the beach. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and they had a fridge and microwave in the room which was handy. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and a good temperature. Staff were friendly and helpful. * I left my drivers licence in the room and they called right away to tell me which I really appreciated

Large room, quiet, comfortable beds, very clean. soap dispensers above the sink & in the shower is so much better than soap bars. Expresso machine in the room. Secure door locks, Coffee machine in the lobby was unbelievable. 8 different kinds of specialty drinks at the push of a button. How do they do that. Hot tub & pool in separate building were clean & roomy. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Kudos to management & their staff.

Very accommodating. Had a beautiful room for our family. Loved the pool for the kiddos and how close it was to our activities. The coffee in the morning was yummy

I know there’s a restaurant attached but a continental breakfast would be nice too! Cheaper for the ones with kids in tow…

Staff were extremely helpful to assist us out of pinch the night before checking in... and continued to be great for the remainder of our stay, 5 nights. Hotel seems to have recently renovated throughout main parts of rooms and common area. Nice comfortable settings and easy to get around. Pool, hot tub and outdoor BBQ were great. Very convenient location.

it had a breakfast/lunch restaurant on sight which was handy. got 10 percent off there for each night we stayed.

it didn’t offer a continental breakfast, which would have added to the value of the stay. although the room was a decent value, having nowhere to cook food and no breakfast included, brought the price up quite a bit.

the bathroom was exceptional with a jacuzzi tub plus a separate shower, in it's own roomette; There was a large vanity, great lighting. The toilet was in it's own separate little room for utmost privacy.

The pillows were quite firm so I couldn't sleep. I ended up using my Kimona for a pillow, them I could sleep. The mattress was quite comfortable.

The friendly staff , the knowledgeable staff on Penticton and amenities , clean ,comfortable , , really liked the large size shower and extra towels in the bathroom. and the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants was great and convenient .

This is our second time at this hotel. The location is excellent. Within walking distance to the beach, adventure park, restaurants, main street. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. The kids loved the pool. Staff is very nice.

I have stayed at this hotel for decades now. I keep coming back here because it feels more like home than any other hotelI can think of except the Coast Prince George which I rate the same as this hotel. Great room-decent TV ( better than when it was a Coast Hotel) love the showers and jetted tub.

Don’t particularly like the coffee service since strong cappuccino isn’t my favourite and choices are nil. How ever it is what it is. I’ll go back any time
