Clearly it is new and many aspects are excellent. Great location. Comfortable king size bed. Well laid out and spacious room. Friendly staff. Generally quiet. Nice option to dine on the roof or just off the lobby.

With the hotel full, parking was at a premium. A few uncourteous guests hogged the 4 EV spots all night and well into the morning. Hotel management were indifferent to the situation. Weird and oddly loud plumbing noises between rooms, seemingly lacking some wall insulation. The service for breakfast in a 1/3 filled restaurant on a long weekend was extremely slow.

Maze to get into check-in and to the elevator. Needed a bigger parking lot. Rooftop restaurant did not meet my expectations. The view was nice, just not the food. Stick to the pizza if you go, and the nachos looked good, too. Do not order ribs way too much generic bbq sauce and dry. My Cesar salad had a yucky leaf in it. At least they took my meal off the bill.

I booked through Booking.com and got a much better rate. When I went to extend our stay, they couldn’t offer me that same rate so I had to rebook on booking.com again. I noticed another place that we’re headed to next has a ‘check rate’ feature on their website. Their own site has by far the best rate!

Here for hockey showcase. Super friendly and helpful staff. Helped guide us when the lot was over full because of the concert this weekend. Always a smiling face and offering help if we looked lost. Never heard the other guests, quiet and restful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I travel a lot. Beds here are stand out comfortable! Rooms are clean.

Inside coffee machine not very clean, no room service had to go down to pickup order. Could not use the free wine voucher even though I walked down to pick up food.

Annoying noise of rooms doors in corridor. The noise of doors was something like sound of emergency exit doors. Several times I woke up by this noise in early morning and other rest times.

I was disappointed as I had been under the understanding from the website that there was a breakfast provided. Instead breakfast was available at the restaurant off the lobby for a fee. I pick my hotels based on is there a breakfast.

Couldn't get in right away as was booked up so went elsewhere but got a call shortly after that a table was available which was appreciated.

Location was ideal for my requirement to be at the Convention Centre. Restaurant was very good. Staff were courteous and professional.
