The location was perfect on the strip across the street to Okanagan lake so easy access to the beach. Walking distance to the canal, restaurants and and other attractions. Friendly staff and very helpful. Pool great, tables outside room for personal use, barbecues. Older motel but very comfortable

Excellent location cross the beach, staff really friendly (young man Brennen- great customer service!!!👍 Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, cutleries. Pool was nice and clean. BBQ was there too. Restaurants, amusement fun park, witbit water park walking distance. We loved it and coming back next year.

The location is j beatable with the beach right across the street. And its proximity to town is close enough without being in the middle of the traffic

The first room I was given was unbearable due to the smell of cigarette smoke. The furniture, the bedding, the drapes, even the “clean” towels all smelled like an ashtray. Due to the location of the unit, smokers congregate in front of the unit to smoke when the weather is inclement. The result is the smoke goes directly into the AC unit and into the actual suite. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff they came to see and noticed it too. They were apologetic and got me a different room

I apprecuate how attentive the staff were in addressing our concerns and how helpful they were whenever we asked a question. They were pleasant and made us feel welcome. The room was recently rennovated and looked very modern and clean. It was very nice. It felt comfortable and we were at home relaxed on our vacation.

Wonderful staff; rooms were large and beds were very comfortable; kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals; excellent location with lake view and balcony access. Even though needs renovations (of which they are in the process of doing) the suite met all of our needs. I will definitely book here the next time I visit Penticton.

Location is everything. Just across lakeshore drive from the beautiful beach. Staff was great and the bed was comfortable. It isn't fancy. You stay here for the location. It was nice to have a kitchen in the room.

Great place to stay. I needed an extended stay and it was accommodated with ease. I felt safe there. Bed was comfy and i couldn’t hear any noise from the rooms beside me. The manager (Paul) was friendly and ready to assist with any needs. Awesome guy! I will be back!

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Location was fantastic and had ample parking. Only thing that was unfortunate, was that both the ice machine and pop machine was out of order during our stay. We already knew that the pool was not in use, so we were not disappointed there. Overall a great stay!

Location was awesome! Right across from our favorite beach. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

There was a lack of dishes and the mugs were small. We ended up buying paper plates and bowls.

Awesome location, easy to walk along the lakefront or around town from here. The room was comfortable with a full kitchenette. Friendly staff, and it was easy to add on another night, with the same room, when we wanted to extend our stay.

Would be nice to have a broom in the room, sand follows me everywhere after the beach!
