The location was perfect for our family vacation! Directly across from the beach, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Close to the Main Street of penticton, and the farmers market was amazing! As well, the Chinese restaurant attached to the property has the best sesame chicken! I can’t stop thinking about it!

The location was phenomenal. The staff at the front desk were also incredible - very kind and accommodating, it was lovely chatting with them! Being able to book a 2 bedroom, pet friendly place was super convenient

The rooms are a bit basic but there is everything you need and it matches the price you pay

Great location and value. Basic bathroom but clean. The kitchenette would be nice for a longer stay, but the coffee maker didn’t work and there were no pods for the Keurig (that was the only down side). Otherwise the property was right at the beach and very walkable to restaurants and pubs.

The only down side was the coffee machine not working, but we weren’t there long enough to ask for a replacement.

This is a terrific find! Room was updated and scrupulously clean. The bed was very comfortable. And the location, right across Lakeshore Drive from the beach on Okanagan lake, is exceptional.

It really was ideal for what I was looking for: a clean, quiet, well-located and very very affordable spot for a quick getaway to the South Okanagan! I will definitely be back.

Honestly it was a little dirty. The bath needs to be redone and the balcony needs a good cleaning, so many spiders and bugs… just needs a good clean.

Huge suite-too big for the two of us. The front room overlooked the pub-restaurant, but not too noisy at all. Bed was a queen, would have liked a king for a penthouse suite, was quite comfortable though. balcony was private with no one else coming by as it looked over the restaurant. Beach across the street-so amazing!. Didn't use the pool since the beach was closer.

For a total of almost $800 for two nights, that was steep, however, I think that is comparable. Air conditioning in the bed room was noisy and didn't quite keep us cool at night.

Emma the front desk girl went out of her way to accommodate us with extra linens and letting use the hose to rinse down our car. Plus we couldn’t get the wifi to work, but she also helped us with that! Great customer service

That you couldn’t smoke outside your unit. I’m handicapped and made it difficult to go across street.

Location and staff.

It could have been a little cleaner. It is dated so it is harder to keep things like the cupboards clean. The fan in the bathroom could use a good wiping.

The room was great and so close to the beach which is what we wanted. the beds were nice and comfy.
