Room was clean, quiet and beds comfortable. I think they were nearly booked out and I haven't heard single noise from the other rooms. Outdoor pool was great. It's quite small and could use few more lounge chairs, but it was never really busy. I believe there were pool towels available, but we just brought our own. There's also an indoor pool with a hot tub, but we didn't go there. Breakfast was good. We didn't care for the hot options, but we just may be too picky. There were other things to choose from. We've heard they're looking into getting a small gate from the parking lot towards the beach so the guests don't have to walk around through the vehicle entrance. Looking forward to that.

We have stayed here last year and I was so happy. That was in a room up the stairs from the reception desk. It was so spacious, but no balcony and just a parking lot view. This time we got a room with a balcony and a pool view, but it looked quite dated, just partially renovated. The layout was a bit odd with a bulky luggage stand right by the doorway, just great to hit one's shin on. The only sink is located outside of the bathroom and it's sorta crammed between the entry and the bed. The room is definitely large enough, just not quite practical. It also smelled a bit of cigarette smoke (only a little bit upon entry, not disturbingly).

This is our favorite place to be in Penticton! We have been coming here for over 20 yrs visiting family in the area. Staff here are very professional, always pleasant. We have tried many different rooms over the years. Our favorites are the rooms that lead out into the Inner Sanctum/courtyard! A Very well maintained lush grassy area for hangin out, the pool close by. Chairs just outside our door to enjoy our morning hot beverage. So comfy. The beds are consistently very good. We have feather allergies, and our request for Synthetic pillows, duvet are always taken seriously - and that is very appreciated. The central Location is fantastic for tootling about. Whether its on foot, by bike or scooter or in a fabulous convertible, everything you need is very close. Wings Restaurant (on-site) is a great choice for any occasion. We always enjoy the breakfast buffet to start our day, and then walk everywhere...

I did not like having to say goodbye

Being able to change to another room. We were placed in a room facing the pool on the second floor but were not able to see the pool because of two tall trees blocking the view. When we did sit on the patio wasps buzzed around. We were immediately placed in a different room which allowed us to have a view while sitting outside.

Breakfast was a disappointment because the "eggs" were pre-cooked. The worker at one point walked through the dining room in her efficiency with a "bag of eggs" while everyone was eating. Onlookers gasped when they saw the "bag of eggs". We did not go back for breakfast after that.

The staff was accommodating when we expressed our displeasure at the location of the bathroom sink and mirror being directly adjacent to the bed and assigned us another room with a standard bathroom layout. It was a hassle to pack up and move to the 'normal' room and wonder why we were assigned the dysfunctional one to begin with. The breakfast was great with ample choices and good coffee!

We were assigned a room that had the sink alongside one of the beds with the only light for the sink/mirror area on the ceiling directly above the adjacent bed making it impossible to use the sink/mirror without waking the person sleeping in that bed. The toilet and bath./shower were located in a proper bathroom area. A very unusual and disfunctional arrangement!

The hotel is excellently located, just a 3 to 5-minute walk from the central promenade. It has a large, convenient parking area. The hotel also features a pool and offers a good breakfast with a variety of options. The room was comfortable, everything worked perfectly, and the beds were large and comfortable with clean, high-quality linens.

The pool hours are from 10 AM to 9 PM, which feels too early for a family-friendly hotel. Since the pool is quite small, it’s often crowded with children throughout the day. It would be great if the pool stayed open until at least 10 PM, so adults could enjoy a quieter swim later in the evening.

Very clean and spacious room with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The room was quiet and seemed newly renovated. Microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker available in the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was spacious with sausage, eggs, and potatoes. Walking distance to the waterfront and channel.

The breakfast room was pretty busy and we had to bring our food to the room. The pools were closed during our stay but the hot tub was open. However, it didn't look too clean for us so we didn't use it.

Adored the young man at reception for being real, human, polite and professional with a welcoming SMILE! (The other staff were not happy) Loved the Breakfast - Attendant was busy making everything right and restocking breakfast items, fast and efficient! Tour Bus Crowd (Young, entitled Hockey Players), were not as gracious to the Host, but tried, even though food wastage by Hockey Players was noticed. Clean Room,- I love CLEAN floors without stains and grit under your feet. Once we had no carpet, and roomy space, and once we had a carpet. Noise levels calmed down by 1130pm. Although we always ask for quiet and upstairs, there's a moving, banging, rumaging being heard. I sleep with extra mini white noice, earplugs and my own Teddy Bear (Grown Ups need Stuffies, too). It's an easy in and out and the price was right in this ever expensive world. Thank you, will be back (and hopefully avoid double Tour Bus Nights). :)

Noise from people walking through the Halls at after 10h00pm. It is expected from Travellers, and we usually get a quiet room, but not always.

Bed was comfortable and liked the light behind the headboard. Courtyard area is lovely and worth paying a bit more. Liked being able to have breakfast there. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice to have Dove shower/shampoo products in room. Great lighting.

Putting the microwave on the counter beside sink leaves no room for cosmetic/shaving bags. One side of the room looks updated and the other side still has the old, oak furniture. No comfortable chair in room so you need to sit on the bed. Breakfast could have warm eggs, scrambled or boiled and more choice in fresh fruit. Bananas would be nice. Upgrade plastic chairs to more comfortable ones.

Perfect location - walking distance to the beach and restaurants/groceries. Comfy beds and modernized rooms. 2 pools (1 indoor, 1 outdoor) - was nice to have the option with varying weather conditions during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel was somewhat hard to navigate at first. No elevator - had to leave our trolly at the bottom of the stairs and hike everything up. Proved difficult with 2 small children and all of their stuff.

Very comfortable king size bed that had lamps on each side of the bed which was great for reading. loved the shower. Enjoyed the fact that we were on the main floor and had a sliding door that opened up to the exterior pool. Loved the location. Closed to restaurants and shops and very close to the strip along Okanagan Lake.

The tv was too far away to enjoy watching it. The bathroom had no sink in it which we definitely did not like. It was located outside the bathroom close to the entrance door.
