Annie made my whole time and stay at the Motel feel like I was cared for and appreciated as a person. A very kind generous caring lady who physically, mentally and emotionally made me feel for the first time on this planet that I was important and I mattered. The Motel interior wasn't in good condition and the cleanliness was poor, but that is the responsibility of the very poor quality of the previous guests who stayed before me... All ANIMALS!!!!!!!!!! And that is why it was the best most comfortable, relaxing and completely peaceful night of my life. Annie's warth overcame all the cold heartless animals that surrounds me to make it the best night of my LIFE!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Annie! 🙏

The class of people in Penticton!!

For the price, and last minute easy booking, this option was excellent choice. The onsite mgr was friendly, very hard working and seems to do everything himself, from.pool cleaning each day, to rooms, gardening and answering questions/ helping with tv etc. Keep in mind it is an older building this rooms are small and plain. For us that was perfect. It was right on the Ironman course, our medium dog was welcomed( fee) and the ease of in/out was exactly what we needed. The kitchenette had all we needed, but we do eat very simply. The frig was v clean and fresh/ cold. This is an older establishment, but well worth the price for a sport focussed 2 night stay. Thank you for making our trip to the last ever Ironman, a great success!!

We are fine with it but some people would feel the rooms are too plain. For us...it was perfect

Everything is ready. The lady at the desk is the owner and her husband. Friendly, courteous, she helped me understand a thing that I did not. Everything is clean. The only thing that bothered me was an adjoined door to share two rooms between family. I was aFraid whoever had to work in the morning and i I was trying to be quiet by myself. I don't even think I heard them or one person beside me. Except for walking in or out once or twice. I probably didn't have to be that quiet. But I had a nice hot bath

I have zero real complaints. They keep the motel nice. And the price is affordable for a night or so.

The outdoor pool was clean and refreshing and there was pool floaties and toys available. The owners were friendly and accomadating; they gave us some extension cords to use for the room. The room had a full fridge.

Electrical outlets were in odd and inconvenient places in the room, the TV had limited channels and the light switch for the washroom also controlled the light outside of the w/r so you couldn't keep the w/r light on at night, because both lights would stay on and it's too bright for sleeping

Affordable. Visited Penticton for the Elvis Festival...this is our 3rd year staying at the Inn. It is a great location between the two lakes and lots of great shopping nearby. The building is older but well maintained and rooms spacious with fridge, etc. Very nice owners. Great pool. The visiting deer were cute.

The husband and wife that own the place are beautiful. I've been going there for the last 5 years. It's the only place I stop when I go to penticton, a little disappointed. The pool wasn't open, but I'm sure soon. It will be, but that's not their fault. Just due to the time of year, Ah, some people. If you need anything, they're right there to help you.

The room was spacious. New carpet and fridge. Bathroom was nice and bright. The bedding had new fresh sheets, all the towels were Fluffy, white and no discoloration. Ali is very inviting, courteous, accomadating. She's sweet and always made time to chat. She and her husband are a very hard working couple. With buying this place a couple of years back when it was run down, they've come a long way in improving the rooms, grounds, pool etc. Loved the parking arrangement. Very happy with our stay, would recommend and will stay again ! 👍👍 Thank you Ali.

Only wish our plans allowed us to stay longer...

The couple who run the place are very friendly and work non-stop to keep it tidy. The pool was very clean, while neighboring motels had theirs shut down or covered up. Overall the place was fantastic value - best price in Penticton. so it is not luxury by a long shot, but it exceeded our expectations

Some of the room’s fixtures were nearing the end of their useful life. The bed could have been more comfortable. The location is on a busy street

My son loved the pool and it was actually very clean and heated , great management very friendly also pet friendly which was amazing

The location is good because of how close it is to the beaches and stores but also maybe not a place I would let your kids walk around alone as it’s a pretty rough area with the homeless

Staff, location, kitchen etc.. were all great. Oven was old and unusually difficult to operate but overall everything was great.

Carpet reeked and was wet the whole time. Smelled of cigarettes. Pull out couch is super uncomfortable so we put the mattress on the floor bud this meant on the gross carpet.
