Close to the beach - The kitchenette - Friendly staff - very helpful - The courtyard with chairs/tables/BBQs was great - Easy to book through Booking.com - it was wonderful you were listed there as that is the place I always shop for hotels - There was always a place to park

Suggestions: - It would be great to have lamps in the living room. The lighting was too harsh with bright light which made the living room less comfortable. Or you could have dimmer switches on the lights. - The bed was quite firm - might need a new mattress

This is a cute, holiday motel located very close to Skaha Beach. Filled with groups and families on holiday, it has a fantastic, summer feel. The common area has picnic tables and lounge chairs along with BBQ's available for use. The room was neat, tidy, and very clean and, once everyone settled in for the night (relatively early) it was very quiet. The kitchenette was handy to make coffee and breakfast in the morning.

The AC unit is old and loud - but also effective at keeping the room chilled on a hot summer night. Earplugs solved that problem easily.

The staff was very friendly. My room was exceptionally clean. The hotel is conveniently located just short blocks away from Skaha Park which has great beaches and all kinds of sporting activities and recreational facilities for all family members. And best of all, when you come back from the beach, they have an ice cream parlor/patio at the front of the hotel :).

Nothing could have been "better". It's an older hotel so everything is not brand spanking new but everything was spotlessly clean and you don't go to a place like Penticton/Skaha beach to sit in your room. We had a great rest in our room in the evening and went out and enjoyed the day.

You can't beat the staff and the location of this place. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and always made sure that you had everything you needed and more. My favorite part was the courtyard where everyone could hang out together and BBQ. It was our first time at this motel but almost everyone we talked to staying at the resort had been coming there with their families the last 10-20 years and they said it's the only place they stay every year. It's literally steps from skaha Beach and you absolutely cannot beat that. Anytime we come into Penticton going forward, this is definitely my first choice to stay again.

The beds and pillows could probably be updated but other than that, absolutely no complaints.

The location was great - in the value for money category it really exceeded any other hotel ( we go often for doctors app. and stay over night to combine shopping with the trip). Friendly staff and very clean. Highly recommend.

Not really important but our room did not have a bathtub. My wife likes to soak at night when we travel. But at this price I am surprised we didn't have to carry our own water. The shower was clean and excellent. Will definately stay again.

The hotel is pet-friendly (they do charge a $10 pet fee per night, which isn't terrible, but I wish booking.com had the information about the pet fees up front). The staff was nice, and the check-in and check-out were a breeze. The place is very close to the beach, and also has a cosy area for socialising and BBQ.

I gave a terrible rating on comfort only due to the fact we gave the kids the bedroom with the big comfy full size bed and slept ourselves on the hide a bed couch😆 definitely not made for adult weights and back issues!! Will definitely bring a foamie next time👵👩‍🦳 We also weren't aware the pool and hottub were under maintenance and not for use 🤷🏼‍♀️

Staff was amazing, friendly, helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions and helped us with anything we need it. Our family rented for room for a family vacation and the convenience was amazing. Five minute walk to beach or restaurants. Five minute drive to groceries and other amenities. Location is spot on, with great pricing for excellent value

the bathroom and the bedding was all very clean so overall it was great But Carpets are old and dirty and Some dishes were not clean. We just needed to make sure we had our shoes on to avoid feet turning gray! I’m guessing the dishes were left over from the previous people not washing properly. 

From the greeting and service at the front desk, to the cleaning services, EVERYTHING was so nice! Such a clean, cute motel! The outside seating area is lovely with lots of chairs and tables, beautiful flowers, happy, chirpy birds and their cute little houses, evening outdoor lighting is so pleasant. The room was clean and tidy and had all the dishes etc, that we needed. And DAILY housekeeping services! Since Covid, I've noticed most motels do not provide this service anymore, but here we had our beds made, clean towels, if needed, vacuuming and anything else required! In case you haven't noticed, I can't say enough good things about our stay! The maintenance man was even kind enough to blow up my floatie! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again!🤗

The location was perfect, a block from Skaha lake and easy access to downtown shops and restaurants. Room was clean and well equipped, kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils and dinnerware. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Quiet room

Parking can be tight to manoeuvre around.
