Comparable with Harrison Hot Springs Resort. Swimming pool and hot tub. Fitness gym. Health spa just across the lot. IGA supermarket a few minutes drive away (5 perhaps). Balcony with lake view. Large room. Cooker. Microwave. Fridge with freezer. Lots of coffee pods. Lakeside walk, though disrupted by building work when I was there.

Noisy ice machine might be a problem if you were close to it. Very minor damage to sofa in bedroom. Health spa needs reserving weeks in advance, especially in high season. No meals included, and you might not care for the (chargeable) breakfast. We didn't even look at the restaurant - we just assumed it would be too expensive.

We loved our suite - It was well laid out , with great kitchen facilities and a gas fireplace - enjoyed the patio and a view of the lake. Exceptional accommodations. The outdoor pool was heated and quite large - beautiful pool.. Staff were friendly. Also enjoyed their restaurant which had a varied menu and a happy hour for drinks and food. Birdlife abundant and we spotted a resident beaver in the marshes several times.

It was on the expensive side but did provide everything - Fitness equipment, a Spa, Outdoor hottubs

Suite was very clean and it was great having a little kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove top. had a partial view of the lake; staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff made great recommendations for local restaurants in Summerland. I would stay again here although would be nice to go when warmer.

I didn't like calling to ask for housekeeping every day - I pressed the housekeeping button one morning rather than call but no one came and then I had to call for service but they did come promptly.

Room I stayed in (#243) overlooked the pool & in February closed. The hot tub open, peaceful & quiet able to enjoy the Lakeview in the distance. It had a lovely little kitchen, oven, stove microwave fridge with all basic kitchen utilities included. The bed was comfortable (smaller than a Queen), pillows very cozy! Rain shower was nice with soaker tub below. The Cove restaurant is connected & has great food.

The bistro just within the lobby was closed on a Saturday for breakfast items such as smoothies/lattes. Oh well, next time.

The facility was beautiful and nice to have access to both hot tubs, the sauna, and the pool (which was closed for our visit because of time of year). The cove restaurant is delicious as well as the bistro.

"partial lake view room" was barely any lake view and was covered by a hedge. If you can help it, do not stay on the first floor. Staff did not tell us that we had to special request house keeping so they did not come which was irritating.

The two room suite was very spacious and clean. The view of the lake made morning coffee so peaceful and relaxing. Having a restaurant right down stairs was a convenience I was not expecting and the food was great.

The parking garage filled up by the time we got back from our family event in Peachland. It wasn't even dark yet. So my question is, do they rent out more rooms than they have parking for?

I loved the waterfront location, the amenities, the service i.e reception & housekeeping, the cleanliness, the pool area, our suite was well stocked, comfy bed. On site waterfront, restaurant great food & service, happy hour . The bbq area was so handy. Our mini vacation to celebrate my birthday was so worth it! Enjoyed the Wine thankyou.

Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke so bad that I developed a cough just from sleeping in it for one night. It was clearly a problem they had dealt with before as they didn't seem surprised when I told them about it. They were great about getting us moved to a new room which was an upgrade but still it was very disappointing that we had to deal with it at all as it is supposed to be a non smoking facility.

The location was great. Right in the middle of wine country, surrounded by nature. We loved watching the birds in the march from our balcony

The hot tub by the pool was closed. There was another hot tub but not as conveniently located

This was a winter visit so the resort was quiet but pleasantly so. The staff was very welcoming, thorough and competent. Our room (partial lake view) was very clean, nicely designed and decorated. Furniture comfortable, bed comfortable, nice linens. We plan to stay here again.

Nothing that the resort could have done differently. Some sunshine would have been nice!
