It fit our needs fine and was convenient priced stay. The beds were comfortable and noise from outside or other rooms was not heard it even rained our last night and we couldn't hear it at all. We slept great, even slept longer than usual which was interesting as we are always up at 6 am regardless of time gone to bed!

We didn't realize someone came to room in between nightly stays... so that's great, we just didnt realize so we placed a do not disturb for our second night. The issue is someone came in to clean or tidy... the garbages were emptied and towels replaced but bed want made nor was floors swept. So that seemed weird.

The workmanship in the recent renovations was exceptionally well done - somebody obviously cared (the paint cutting-in was precise, new tiles and flooring were laid straight and even, the trim around doorways was exact). The room was clean, tidy, nicely appointed. We appreciated the large shampoo and conditioner bottles on the wall in the shower - none of the little bottles on the counter that are left 1/2 empty or dragged home to be used later and put in the recycling. The White Spot and one other restaurant are right across the road - close enough that we hardly got wet even though it was pouring rain. We enjoyed a late night meal and a good breakfast before leaving early next morn.

The young woman at the front desk was not particularly helpful when we pulled in later at night after a long drive through rain and slush. Instead of helping get us booked in and settled she first tended to the multitude of phone calls and left me waiting. (Dec. 3). (Recommend that, next time, she ask if she could put the person on hold and tend to the person standing in front of her.) The person at the front desk the next morn (Dec. 4) was cheerful and efficient - it was appreciated.

The staff were very nice but the breakfast 🥞 staff were a bit rude.

When it came time for breakfast 🥞, we asked for milk for our cereal 🥣 and butter 🧈 for our toast. 2 ladies came in and I asked for those items because on some stuff it said "Staff Only" so we waited patiently for someone to come and help us. We were told "No have, time to go!!!" So my 7 yr old grandson was left to leave hungry and so were we. Also there was not enough parking. They did give us a pass to park on the street to prevent us from getting towed but I still didn't feel safe leaving my car where there were no cameras.

The staff was very easy to talk too they are good people everyone of them. The lady in the afternoon shift was soo down to earth always smiling and cared about everyone's well-being. I have stayed here before and absolutely satisfied. The location has Aubrees restaurant in the same parking lot with excellent food and there's a Tim Hortons Whitespot across the street. The price was cheep and rooms clean and quiet. Thank you for the great stay.

Lots of parking. Quiet. Bathroom facilities all worked. Hot water available. TV worked well. Clean. Good room temperature. Room did not smell. Sheets were clean. Late evening service at front desk.

Mattress was too soft for me. Was attempting to get a "tax deductible" receipt for my stay and both Booking.com and the Hotel indicated I needed to get it from the other party.

The fridge was a good size. I have food allergies and can’t eat out.

The location of the desk and chair would be better in the corner. The chair was in the way and the feet need floor protectors. The feet of chair scratched the floor. Without a car, getting out when’s it’s dark can be tricky. Walking around wasn’t safe after dark.

Close to city centre. Friendly staff, coffee/hot water at lobby. Blackout curtains in the rooms, renovated rooms.

Unfortunately people using substances were in the area (across the street). We had no issue with them but the location felt less family friendly.

the heat in the room isn't very controllable. I had to turn off the radiator and open a window to keep the very warm room comfortable (we were on the 5th/top floor) I know it's an older building but the heat controls could use upgrading.

The family room was completely amazing made the swingers party we had completely amazing first time trying jt and scored having a group of my wife her 2 sisters and even her mom running a marathon on my viagra fueled log but regret it because we been open about all of us officially dating now

The room was spacious and clean. Laundry facilities available, free coffee/hot chocolate in reception. One of the receptionist was friendly and helped us check in a bit earlier

The motel has some suspicious people hanging around at certain times, reception was locked sometimes due to this
