The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the filtered water, coffee and tea station as well as fresh fruit in the lobby. It was a nice touch. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We would stay here again.

The windows don’t open and the room became very warm for family sleeping on the sofa bed.. The air conditioner became very noisy and sounded like a lawn mower. I showed staff a video of the sound and they were amazing and dealt with it immediately, having maintenance fix it within hours.

Quiet, clean, good breakfast options. The pool, slides and hot tub were well maintained and very much enjoyed. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Lobby, lounge and computer area had a welcoming vibe.

The pool area had a lot of unsupervised children, even though the notices and rules were clear. So many things could go wrong. This area should be monitored and unsupervised children asked to leave until accompanied by an adult. I have required a delayed checkout a few times in the past due to flight changes and been given 2 hours free of charge. Pomeroy only offered 1 hour free with a $50.00 charge for the second hour and a full day charge after that. They should reevaluate this policy.

The water park and pool was hit with our family.

Didn’t clean my room one day. The next day they skipped my room again. I found house keeping outside my room and they told me to call the front desk if I wanted it cleaned. Finally found the lady assigned to clean my room and she seemed mad I wanted my room cleaned. It was finally cleaned but she left the dirty dishes. The pool was great but definitely needed to be cleaned.

Location and that it had hot tub and pool. Room was a good size and the kitchen and bathroom were great. Breakfast was good.

There should be a time near the end of the night that is for adults only in the pool. Especially for the price of the room. We also noticed that there were kids left unattended with no adult in sight and many young children were going on the slide even though there was a height limit. The computers had a sign where it said business only but there were kids playing games on them. It would have been nice to use it for business as I had a few things to do. The beds were quite hard but that is probably just my preference.

Staff was friendly, remembered it was my birthday, and made the effort to ensure we knew they were available for anything. The room was comfortable and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was wonderful, including 2 types of berry sauce, syrup, whip cream, and sprinkles for the waffles. The breakfast staff was on top of everything that needed refilling or tidying. The pool and waterslides are ideal for families. They were freshly cleaned. The pool is shallow, and the hottub has a sightline of the facilities. The waterslide land in their own shoots, not into the pool.

I didn't have breakfast as I was on a relaxing get away :) so, I slept in. I liked the quiet atmosphere and the friendly staff.

I didn't like the bathtub. It is too high. There is no handle to help me get out safely. The first morning I got out of the tub I almost fell because of how high the sides are. I am so lucky I didn't get hurt! You should definitely think about putting a handle on the wall to help "short" people get out safely. My husband isn't short and even he had a difficult time getting out. I didn't ask for housekeeping as I just wanted to relax and sleep in. I put my towels and garbage out (front desk said I can) but they didn't give me any fresh ones :) I had to call front desk to ask them to bring some to us.

Good location. Friendly staff. Includes a continental breakfast, which is quite large. Our room was clean.

One of the breakfast staff could use customer relations training. Was quite rude when I asked for the forks and plates to please be refilled as they weren't any available. The other staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Everything from our room to the pool and lobby were extremely clean. Staff was very friendly!! Breakfast is top notch: staff was replenishing food as needed. Omelettes, toast, bacon, hash browns, bagels, juice, coffee, waffles, it was all amazing!!

The cost is a lot but seems to be normal rate with all hotels these days.

We had a king bed with king size pillows but the covers were too small. They kind of folded the pillows in but as soon as you lay down the uncovered pillow would come out. For the price of the room you would expect the right size pillow covers! The air conditioning was very noisy.

Everything was very clear, the hottub was nice but could of been a little bit hotter, breakfast was good

The beds were on the harder side and the room they gave us could of been a conjoining room because there was a door in-between the room. the people in the room next to us had a baby and the baby woke up twice in the night and we could hear everything so didn't get much sleep.
