I can't afford to stay in expensive motels so I look for those that are most affordable. I chose this one because it appeared to have a place where I could park our cargo trailer without it being in the way. That said, we thought very highly of the motel and the employee who was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. On future trips where we'll need to stay in Prince George, I will check to see if Fraser Inn is available before I look any further.

The air conditioner filter needs replacing or cleaning and one of the beds was missing a top sheet under the blanket.

There was aa additional charge for a refundable damage deposit required which was not mentioned on booking.com but was required before I could secure my room. This should be disclosed before you arrive at the hotel because at that point if you don’t pay it you don’t have access to your room.

The location was convenient. The rooms were a good size looked freshly painted. The bed although a little high for my wife was very comfortable. It was quiet and the staff were helpful with any requests. We stayed for several days and the price was reasonable. Value for cost was very good.

Linens were available by request would have been nice to have them automatically refreshed at least every other day. This is not a complaint just a thought.

Its a great location, the rooms was a good size for 2 beds, it is an older hotel but they are working on upgrading i think, we did have a water leak in the room but didn't discover it til the next morning, but the staff was so nice giving us 2 beds when we had mistakenly booked a single bed at no charge. I would recommend the hotel for the price paid.

The wc had problem with internal chain

I stayed two nights because of car trouble. I knew it was to cost me so I googled cheap accommodations and this is what I found. The people that I met were incredible, they take care one another.

The property and building need work but that’s fine.

The inn keeperwas most obliging. we needed an extention cord which he quickly installed. We asked for more towels he brought immedietly. We told him we would be going to a forest for a walk he recommended where to buy bear warning supplies. Very nice man.

Room seemed designed for longer term stay with the beds high up over shelves. Getting up into bed was an effort though we are both tall ladies.

The guy that was working at the office was very nice! The room was pretty good value for the money.

The place could use a little TLC and I see that they are currently doing some renovations. So, that’s good.

Good budget hotel, convenient for a quick stay, front desk staff was good. I use this for my overnight after my rotation is over.

Get what you pay for, not tye quality of tye Hilton or Hyatt.

There was a water leak in the Inn so the manager called me and asked if he can move me to another Motel. He mover me to Econolodge. It was exceptional both services and the room was recently renovated.
