We stayed for one night, it was very quick. Although our time was short, I would say it was apparent this hotel was desirable. They were jam-packed for parking overnight. My husband did correct the entrance to the hotel on maps as it tried taking us around to the "front" entrance that took us to a random road with a very large bridge and no parking. Aside from that minor hiccup, we were recommended this hotel due to the large breakfast buffet, but miraculously, the beds must have been so comfy that all my littles slept in past 9am!!!! Checkout was 11 am and we made it to all our appointments in town. I would recommend, because granted we had no time to use all the hotel had to offer. We will be back to try it!

Sinks both in and outside of the bathroom, there appeared to be a nice size fridge (although I did not make use of it on this trip, I usually make use of one). The room was a very nice (generous) size with new and comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was included with quite a nice selection of foods. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

My son said his bed frame felt broken. Housekeeping had missed somebody's garbage - package from socks and a plastic cup. And there was not a lot of pressure from the jets in the (not so hot) hot tub. More shower pressure would have been nice, but it was alright.

Our intention was to book at the original Prestige hotel, not this location. I had booked an executive suit but this location doesn't have one. Manager was great and gave us an upgrade for 1 night.

The main prestige has a big pool, and this location does not. We were not informed about the comp breakfast.... Blankets in the king suits need to be upgraded. They are flat and ripped. Mattress in King Suits should be better than regular rooms. Room 320- When u flush the toilet, you can hear it from the tub

Everything. Staff were great and even had a surprise package prepared for us in our room for our anniversary (See photo). Great location, really close to most stores including Costco.

Pool could have used a change room and washrooms that didn’t require going into the cold hallway from the pool room. Other than that there wasn’t anything terrible about this place.

Room was nice, staff are kind

The front desk person during check in wasnt understanding. our first time staying was in Aug 2024. We never got charged a damage deposit & she caught me off guard with it. We paid top dollar for the best room. It should have a way better mattress then a basic one. The kitchen could have basic utensils & a water boil jug for tea.

Selection of items on hot breakfast menu was good. Quality of food was so so. Staff were friendly.

Key cards needed changing every day during our three night stay. This became very annoying. Room service was poor. During our three night stay one of the queen sized beds was not made up in the morning for two of the three nights! Towels in the bathroom for two guests were minimal. Cable TV channels were difficult to find, especially Canadian channels. Never found the local news channel.

Hotel room was comfortable. Clean hotel and the dining area was immaculate.

Pool was closed and no notice was given ahead of time. Option to go across the highway to sister hotel is not really a solution. The sofa bed was not very comfortable for a person of my weight.

The breakfast was very convenient and tasty. And service was friendly and quick.

The upstairs halls were very stuffy and hot. And the a/c unit very loud in our bedroom. Had to turn off to go to sleep but couldn’t sleep well due to heat that warmed up the room fast.(3rd floor) I used the gym but one eliptical didnt work and the upright bike was broken (no notice on tho). And I couldn’t use airplay to cast my workout from my phone to tv.

Access to city, airport access is easy, renovated facility, free full breakfast buffet

Beds are too soft.. neither of us could sleep, no plug in bathtub for a bath, shower pressure poor, no fan in bathroom, floor lamp had broken bulbs. Front desk said they had no light bulbs or plugs for the tub

You can tell renovations have been taking place. It's looking great. The area was spacious and clean. Pool hot tub , complimentary breakfast. Large rooms , soft beds .

I was totally looking forward to a soak in the hot tub after a 14-hour drive. Unfortunately, it was down.
