The check in/ out was very quick and easy, the receptionist very friendly and helpful. The room clean and thankfully not chilled through the air con. We could adjust the temperature ourselves and later just opened the mosquito screened windows in room and bathroom to get a draft. The bathroom was newly renovated and very clean. Breakfast had everything what the kids wanted. I was glad to see real dishes and cups instead of single use items.

When you drive up to the property it looks a little run down. The pillows are on the lumpy side. The air con extremely loud, on a hot summer night maybe not the best to sleep with.

The motel looks fairly old fashioned but the room was a good size and had everything you needed. The shower pressure was fantastic and really hot. Also there was breakfast available and it was good, had the basics like juice, coffee, cereal, toast, waffles and fruit and there was suffient for everyone. The wifi worked well and the staff are nice and helpful.

The hotel is built around a communal parking lot so there was a lot of noise as people came and left so it was a bit noisy for sleeping. The location is a bit out of the way and you have to drive if you want to do any shopping or have dinner.

The staff are very friendly and provide an excellent overview of the services and area. The location couldn't be better as you're within walking distance of the main streets and can enjoy the eclectic houses on your walk over. The two queen bedrooms have a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine, which were very handy. We enjoyed making a simple dinner and eating it on the chairs and table outside our room. Everything is very clean, and they're working on upgrades as the units are old, but for the price we paid, it's more than acceptable. The bedding is very high quality with a mattress topper that is heaven. The towels are also butter-soft and very good quality. We will absolutely stay here again!

The young man working the desk was ALWAYS accommodating,Smiling & extremely Helpful..I would have never made my bus back home if he hadn't given me my middle of the night phone call making sure I was up and ready to go on my bus.. if I wanted to change my towels or get more towels or I needed more coffee or sugar for the room he was very accommodating housekeeping was delightful everyone there was pleasant outgoing I've never been so well taken care of when I've been out of town. Many Thanks to the owners & the Amazing Staff... I've already referred The Alpine Inn and Suites to friends and other family we have a 95th birthday in June in Revelstoke BC and there are many of us and I highly suspect that we will all be staying at the Alpine... I Wish them All the Very Best with Their Future Endeavors ..They are going to do well where they're at in Revelstoke, BC Canada.

I think they would do well to offer possibly a continental breakfast and also laundry services for guests. The only issue I may say that I have was that the outlets for the microwave and the coffee machine and tea kettle only one half of the outlet worked the other one seem to have maybe had I don't know an electrical issue the tea kettle wouldn't stay on in the coffee pot wouldn't Brew if I plugged it into that one part of the outlet... But it was definitely not enough for me to complain about.

Great stay! They are in the midst of some upgrades but it wasn’t an inconvenience at all. Appreciate the set up here with outside access, big window to open, enjoyed sitting on the balcony just soaking in the mountain views all around. Great value too. Would definitely come back.

Fixtures are a bit dated, but everything worked. Looks like they are doing upgrades.

Spacious clean room with microwave and fridge. Excellent WiFi. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the shower. Front desk staff were helpful and efficient - there's a buzzer to alert them if there's no-one when you arrive. We were given the choice of having a room on the upper floor or ground floor - we opted for the ground floor as it was more convenient to bring the luggage in. There was no cutlery in the room, but we found out that the front desk can supply you with disposable cutlery and plates, for which we were extremely grateful! Good place to break our journey

We couldn't seem to get the heating working (post-trip, I've now read a review that says that it takes some time for the room to heat up - makes sense due to the size of the room). I know we could have gone to ask at the front desk for some help, but we decided not to bother them again due to the lateness of the hour and just went to bed.

Great staff and rooms. The coffee makers with the reusable baskets made it possible to grab a half pound of locally roasted coffee for the mornings.

The TVs in the room aren't necessarily viewable from bed because the mounting brackets can not be aimed down. Although the rooms are quite clean, fine detail cleaning hasn't been tended to; most notably, the air conditioning units have lots of visible dust which may be an irritant to those with allergies.

Quite a surprise to see they have a very clean and comfortable spa area with showers and a great hot tub. After a day skiing at Mt McKenzie, the hot tub keeps your legs in shape for the next day of skiing. Good location for the bus and shuttle, which we did use to get to the ski hill.

There are really no items missing from the Alpine Inn and Suites. You can walk into the town's centre and there are restaurants and shops near by. The WiFi was good, the rooms clean and the hot tub hit the spot.

They upgraded me to a suite with 2 queen-sized beds which was cool. The suite was clean, there were no odours, the beds were tidy, and everything felt relaxed. The washroom was great, with lots of room to move around. They provided instructions on the table by the tv, there was AC, the beds were comfy and I had a nice overnight stay overall. The shower even had a light that changed colours!

The heater in the bathroom looked a little outdated, but other than that, the place ran smoothly. I also found a tiny bug in the cutlery drawer but took care of that myself since it wasn't a big deal.

The room was very clean and had all that we needed. Having a kettle to make tea was a nice addition. The bathroom has obviously been newly renovated and was very clean and bright. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was an added bonus. Besides the typical breakfast fare, it was nice to see a few extras and the waffles were a nice touch to an otherwise "continental " breakfast.
