Staff was incredible and accommodating , room was really good, we even got an upgrade . Loved the experience, was there before and this time it was even better.

Just one minor problem, the kitchen faucet was dripping and that was annoying but we figured a way to keep it to a bare minimum and it was ok. I would advise people with a lot of luggage to ask for a groundfloor room because they do not have an elevador, although staff is fantantic and help get everything up.

The location is awesome. Right off of the main highway 1. We had our French bulldog and so needed a pet friendly room. It was perfect because we had an outside door. Easy to take him in & out. Lots of area around the hotel to walk him. There is a Denny’s Restaurant, gas station right there. Very comfy, clean, affordable stay. We’ll definitely make this our go to place. Staff very friendly too! Nice pool & hot tub! Liquor store next door.

CLose enough to the hiway so it was convenient to arrive, and depart without any difficulty getting under way. The upgrades to the rooms have lent an air of pure elegance to the rooms, crown moldings, deep color paint, and upgraded tub and shower with rainfall head. Totally more than I ever anticipated! Although relatively close to the hiway the room was quiet and well kept.

I truly can't think of anything that could have been better to improve my brief stay. The restaurant was quite busy when I went for a meal, but the efficient staff quickly got me seated and took my order, the kitchen staff surpassed my expectations by getting the food cooked and out to my table in quick fashion.

It was pouring with rain, so it was nice to be able to get to the restaurant without having to go outside. Parking was convenient and plentiful. Staff was very friendly.

Bathroom was very narrow. There were plenty of pillows, but they were all fairly puffy, and I like a nice flat option, but I can’t really complain because I didn’t phone the front desk and ask for help so it’s entirely possible they would have given me one.

friendly staff, reasonable price. Fairly clean, could be better but generally acceptable. Attached Denny's had good food at a reasonable price. Amenities and Location were very good.

The only real problem I had wasn't really the hotel's fault. Some idiot sledders from Alberta (about 8 of them) hogged the hot tub about pretty much from about 4 pm to pool closing every night. I wish the hotel would have done something about these selfish loudmouths.

There was not realy a breakfast just some muffins and coffee in the lobby to take as you left.

I did not receive a receipt from the hotel when I checked out but that was not important until I came home and found my visa was charged for $50 more than the quoted price. However when I phoned to ask about it, I was told that there was a $50 damage deposit applied which would be refunded in a few days - probbably would have bee good to tell the guest about the charge up front or as a separate charge such as the Ramada does.

Spacious studio with comfortabel king and sofa. Kitchen was a bit retro but everything worked. Badroom with big tub. Coffee maker and LG tv. Super friendly staff. Hotel has; complimentary coffee, fruit and cake in the lobby. Pool, hot tub was broken, gym has lots of dumbells. Hotel is 5 minute drive from the village Revelstoke but there is a Denny’s on the premise. Revelstoke NP 10 minutes, Revelstoke dam and Valley Gap ghost town nearby. My Begbie brewery has beerflights and beautiful terras looking over the mountains.

The room was clean, bed comfortable, reasonably quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pet friendly rooms open onto a grassed courtyard which is very convenient when taking a dog out for his business.

The drapes, when closed at night, cover the vents of the heating/cooling system, thus the heat or cold blows up behind them instead of into the room.

Price for this room was excellent -- I got upgraded so that was an added bonus. Room was well set out. Everything worked. Bed comfortable. Coffee excellent at the front desk. We went to Denny's for breakfast so we did not eat any of food served in the lobby but it looked like a good variety especially positive was that fresh fruit was available. Really enjoyed our one night stay and would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! There was an issue with the pool amd they offered us late check out to ensure we still had enough time to swim and shower before leaving.

There was small maintenance needes on the pool but there was no sign or notice. So at 9am when the pool was supposed to open I was waiting for the door to unlock with my 3 kids and they then came to tell us it was closed. At least it was only for an hour.
