The housekeeping staff was friendly and quickly changed the bedding which was dirty from a previous guest, the location was next to the highway--which we liked as we were traveling, the hot tub and pool were great and the nearby restaurants were an added bonus.

The bedding on the pullout sofa were used by a previous guest and we had to request that they be changed. The muffins at breakfast were stale and the sausage appeared to be reheated from a previous morning. There was urine in the toilet when we first arrived in our room.

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and I was quickly reminded why we keep coming back. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping automatically came to make up the room without being asked. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was wonderful. My family and I enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after our ski days. There was a shuttle stop to the mountain right out the door of the hotel. Honestly I can’t think of anything that could be better.

We liked the fact that the room was quite big. Amenities such as a microwave, coffee machine, and fridge made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was good, too—although we would have appreciated another variety of meat there, such as chicken; nevertheless, we managed with what was available. The staff was accommodating; parking was free (so that's the icing on the cake).

It's not significant, just a tiny bit of upgrades. We enjoyed our stay, so there was nothing we didn't "like" about the room. Although the bathroom didn't have the body lotion in one of the bottles racked against the wall, that didn't have much of a problem. Yes, a few things, such as bathroom flooring and bedding, need replacement. Bathroom flooring may be sketchy for older adults, especially since it is slippery.

It was pretty close to everything and the staff did very well with the room! We requested for mountain views and they did just that!

The big pool was pretty cold, it would’ve been nice if it was a little heated at least. They do have a hot tub but that cold plunge is enough for you not to want to use the bigger pool. My son couldn’t last an hour in it and he loves to swim, that says a lot about how cold it is.

It was nice to have the option of a two bedroom unit with the kids. Lots of space. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kids loved the waterslide. The included breakfast had lots of options and the staff were working very hard to keep everything stocked.

The breakfast was very busy and not enough options for seating. I'd suggest a different layout without the high tables to accommodate more people.

Lovely relaxed vibe in a very professional hotel. Although we didn't use it, the pool with slide looked fun! Our room was very spacious and quiet and breakfast was very good, complete with option to prepare and enjoy waffles! Staff were very friendly.

Would have liked a bathrobe in the room, but we were only there one night. The hotel does not serve dinner (found this common throughout our trip) but the food outlets close by were takeaway so we had to drive into town. Not a big deal, but not something we expected

The Pool, Water Slide and Hot Tub was Excellent. The Room had an excellent view of the numerous Glaciers near Revelstoke BC. The Breakfast was a 8 out of 10. Access to the Highway was Excellent and Location of the Building in Revelstoke was Excellent. The Breakfast needed to have a Cappuccino/Latte Machine. A better choice of Cream Cheeses. The Whipping Cream for the Waffles needed to be Cold. There was only White Bread available, needed better choices. A little Improvement to the Breakfast would enhance the visit to this location.

This was the best hotel we’ve stayed in in years…our family had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean, spacious and quiet, the beds were comfortable, the AC was very effective and quiet, the blackout drapes kept out all light. having the fridge and microwave in the room was very convenient, and the hotel breakfast was fantastic (they even had gluten free cereal and bread). The staff was so nice (the woman who cleaned the rooms knew us and our kids by name and always had a smile and a kind word for us). We were able to check in at 3pm, and they gave us a late checkout of 12:30 so that we could have one final swim in the awesome pool…we loved the water slide and hottub too! Lots of parking. We were worried at first that the train ran right behind the hotel but it’s so well built that we weren’t bothered by the train at all .

The pool and slide was great, as well as the opening times! 6am to 10pm! The children had a blast. Breakfast was very good and so was the seating. Room was very big, everything you needed was there and felt new.

The hotel structure feels temporary. Not a solid build, more like modular components placed together. This makes the hotel loud when walking in the halls and the rooms were definitely not sound proof. One small elevator was working over time for so many guests. Cleaning & kitchen staff were delightfully friendly. Front desk staff were soulless robots spewing out overly practiced lines.

Great breakfast, pool and overall facilities. The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. Love the 1 bedroom for family travel. An extra bonus is the Tesla charger.

All of the bedding needs replacing as the pillows and comforters are past their prime and the small pillows are not very comfortable. The cot that was provided was in very poor condition. It would also be great to have more hooks/ hangers in the room for drying ski gear.
