The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with everything you need: hard boiled eggs, waffles, yogurt, bread, bagels, muffins, juice, cereal etc. Have stayed here since our kids were little and now they bring their kids. Quality has remained much the same and the price is reasonable.

Pool was cold and hot tub was not very hot - also sandy on the bottom. Room was a disability suite but tub rather than roll in shower. There should be an available outlet near the table to plug in laptop without having to unplug tv or microwave.

It was our first time at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. Our room on the east side, ground floor was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Very comfortable beds too! The staff was very nice and helpful. Continental breakfast was very much appreciated. For sure, we will come back here again.

It's easy access from the highway but also a busy area with gas and restaurants. And, the doors are loud when they close. I wish that people would be more mindful of that!

Super convenient, super quiet even though our room looked out on Parking area with Timmies and Gas station. Booked at a last minute for VERY reasonable price to make our drive to Kelowna safer and will definitely consider staying here again. Even the trains passing were barely noticeable. Whoever designed the sound isolation for this building did a terrific job!

Breakfast was a little less than delicious, but there was enough space for everyone, and it met my expectations for a quick bite before departure.

Great location near the Trans Canada highway with plenty of fast food outlets and some restaurants nearby. Room was good size and very clean. Breakfast was included which was a help yourself to fruit, cereal, yoghurt, toast, hit drinks and juice. Just the job. Staff were lovely 😍

Pool didn't look that clean and as you are next to a gas station there is a bit of noise but that wasn't an issue for us.

The girl working the desk in the morning was very kind, we had missed breakfast but she put together a little bag or apples, bananas, yogurts, muffins, plates, etc. which she absolutely didn’t have to do, it was very much appreciated!

One of the sheets was stained, which was very off-putting and the room was a bit dingy, but not horrible. The shower head needs a good soak in some vinegar and baking soda or just needs to be replaced altogether. While I was showering the water was mostly pouring right out instead of the usual spraying which caused the water to hit the tap and splash everywhere, especially outside of the shower and passed the curtain onto the floor and wall.

Check in was easy and the receptionist was very helpful. The room was 'roomy' and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was a continental breakfast but the room is small. You may need to get in early or wait for a table. The location is 5m walk from Zala's Restaurant...We had a great pizza there.

The breakfast area was just a tad small, but workable.

Location was the one disappointing feature: out of town, with views overlooking a gas station on one side, or building site on the other, It's great as a place to bed down for the night, but not for a memorable experience.

The hotel matched the photos, was comfortable and easy to find, with friendly staff and everything needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was quite good, with a nice variety and great taste, and the dining room offered a beautiful view of the mountains.

It was very good location, right off from HWY 1. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and specially, Automatic waffle toaster was very nice and there were nice apple and orange juicer,eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal etc.. I had really good breakfast. If you are planning to visit Banff from Vancouver,BC Stay this place for night and save money instead of expencive hotels in Banff area... it took me only 1 and half hour from Banff national park.

Large room in good condition. Simple but adequate breakfast included. Beside a petrol station and Tim Hortons with McDonalds nearby. Plenty of parking, free WiFi. Security door at end of building to access end rooms or can go up stairs by Reception.

Not walkable to the main street but not far to drive.
