Good location. 10 minute walk from the town. There was some noisefrom the freight trains passing by but the air con in the room drowned most of it out! Trains stopped running at 10pm. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable though pillows were a little soft. Good sized bathroom with fridge. Snack breakfast was ok, yoghurt, apple, snack bar, juice, tea and coffee. We supplemented it with some fruit and yoghurt from the local supermarket. All in all a good stopover on our trip to the Rockies.

The bed was a little high, placed in a wooden frame and there was a bit of a gap one side to get out! But we managed.

I stayed here for couple of nights and, for sure, will be back if I travel to Revelstoke again. I had to move from one room to another as I initially booked only 1 night. The guys were so nice and friendly, they got another room ready by 11 am, so I just checked out and in again 😊 The rooms are very nice: stylish, modern, freshly renovated. Exceptionally clean. The location is in quiet neighborhood, but very comfortable to get to and close to the downtown. Definitely recommend!

The newly remodeled room was small but very comfortable, functional, and clean. There was space for each person to put their bags and plugs for electronics on both sides of the bed. The office staff was responsive and friendly, and we appreciated the supply of Cocoa, coffee and juice. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was close to the train tracks, but pretty well sound insulated.

Room was very clean and the property seemed safe. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had good amenities. The parking was reserved in front of your room. There was plenty of free coffee and juices available. You also received and "to-go" breakfast that was stored in your room fridge (yogurt, snack bar, hard boiled egg, apple)

The room is very small, maybe 10' by 10' for the bedroom and maybe 5'x10' for the bathroom. It was a challenge to find a good place for our luggage but we made it fit (we are on a 3 week trip). I wouldn't stay for a long vacation or with lots of gear. There is a train track across the street so we had a few large sounds but not enough of them to be concerned.

The staff were really friendly on arrival and there is free drinks available in the reception. My partner and I had the Jacuzzi room, and it was really spacious, furnished nicely and the bed was really comfortable. There was breakfast provided in the fridge which was handy as we had to leave early the next morning. Also we had a parking space allocated to our room. The facilities were very clean and we had all the amenities we required. The motel is in a great location and only 10 minute walk from the main town.

The location is great – it is about a 10 minute walk to the main streets in the town. The only negative would be it is quite loud due to the railway being very close to the motel as well as the main road. However, for one night, it is not a problem.

I had one of the smaller rooms, with a single queen-sized bed. It was perfectly planned for the space. Lots of wall hooks, plenty of built-in shelves and drawers and a nice, sleek design. You may not expect it from a place called the "Swiss Chalet Motel"... but it's more modern Swiss... contemporary and efficient. Parking for each room is well organized with allotted spaces and a nice little breakfast bag is provided (that I used as an apres-ski snack). And this might be weird... but I really like that the train runs through town across the street. Must be my mountain roots, but I find the sound of a train rumbling by at night really comforting... I really like this place!

This isn't even a complaint, but the motel is a bit out of the centre of town, so it's about a 20 minute walk downtown, (which is necessary if you're drinking at one of Revy's super-cool bars). I didn't mind the walk... but it wasn't -25°

What a gem! I booked this place last minute and was so pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean, cozy and very nicely decorated. The beds are so comfortable, a real godsend after weeks of camping! The staff were also super sweet and friendly. I didn't end up eating breakfast there but it's nice that a free one is provided. Definitely will be booking here again next time I'm in town.

I basically have no complaints other than it's close to the train tracks, but only one train went by.

We could tell it was a recently renovated property, turning this little motel into a very nice place to stay. Updated fixtures, very comfortable beds, fluffy comforters and pillows. Extra blankets. Kuerig coffee maker in the room. Laminate floors. Everything spotlessly clean!

Very tight parking lot, cars and trucks packed into the small lot in the centre of the motel. If your fellow travellers are noisy or coming and going at all hours, you will hear every noise, as it is just outside your door. Nothing the owners can do about that.

I really appreciate how clean and comfortable this place is! Our experience here is more comfortable than some hotels we previously stayed in! It’s quiet and conveniently located near amenities. I also appreciate the friendly staff, specifically Samson who welcomed us in the morning. We also enjoyed the complimentary bfast included.

It took a while to cool our Unit because the ac was off and it was really hot when we got inside the room.

Room was compact and clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked that the AC unit allowed me to make white noise to drown out ambient noise while also allowing me to cool the room. I liked the staff and also the bagged breakfast.

The hotel is right on the side of a busy road and busy railway track. But, it wasn't a problem because I could mask the noise and I sleep better with white noise. Some people may not like that. The friendly and helpful staff made up for it and I enjoyed the room.
