Cleanliness of the rooms Comfort of the beds

Max was competent and friendly at the desk, gave us prompt attention and responded positively to our questions. Staff were all very positive and welcoming. Running toilet was reported, seen to and quickly operating normally

Shower tile grout needs maintenance/replacement, same issue in pool tile. Bathroom fixtures require replacement. Also prefer a handheld shower head, ours was very old, stained and functioned poorly.

Nobody was in the office when I arrived, but I pressed the buzzer and he appeared within a minute. The outside of the building is not particularly appealing, but the room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I liked having a coffeemaker, fridge, and microwave in the room.

The pull-down shade over the window was very stained or dirty, and the curtains were very sheer, so I had to use the shade.

We loved our stay. The beds were so comfortable and the room while small felt spacious. The bathroom was a little dated but still worked like a charm. The location was so fantastic, a stones throw from town but far enough away to not get any noise! Would happily recommend for a short term stay.

Our room didn’t have much of a kitchen. No kettle just a fridge and microwave which was fine if you’re here short term, just probably not great for long term unless you’re planning on eating out all the time!

Room was clean, bed comfortable and good pillows. Good lighting. Location was great, walking distance to restaurants and downtown area. They were able to book me in early, which was great.

Bathroom is needing some updates. New paint and tile needs a good clean. Needs new towels. Shower gel was empty. It was a bit noisy, some neighbors really enjoying their Friday night, not the fault of the inn.

Convenient location to ski Revelstoke and great value. Refrig and microwave a plus. Host offered a better room when we arrived after loooong day & drive. In person check-in. Great Thai restaurant 2 blocks away.

Room was nice, clean and comfy but a bit narrow for 2. Space to move around the bed was one person wide.

We were travelling through and only stayed for one night. The hotel, although rather dated looking, offered all we needed. It was close enough that we could walk to the main shopping and dining areas, had the option of a small kitchenette and was easy to locate. The Staff were very nice and obliging, couldnt do enough for you.

It was fairly basic but thats all we needed for one night.

Lumpy bed. I found it odd that the bed's top sheet was put on top of the comforter and tucked under at the top instead of having the comforter on top of the sheet. It was unusually cold during my stay and the heat pump struggled to keep the far end of the room warm.

Big and comfortable bed, room was clean. Ample parking spaces available, including spots next to the room. Facilities were all fine, shower was good and easy to use. Staff were attentive and helpful. Location is pretty central and it easy to walk into town.

A little noisy being at ground level and close to the street but no complaints.

This lodge is located walking distance to downtown Revelstoke. The parking is a little tight when there is a soccer tournament and the place is sold out.

When I was checking in, some tourists came in to book a last minute room. The price was hiked up and the tourists left to find a more affordable room elsewhere.
