As a Canadian expatriate living in Tokyo for over two decades, I found this inn’s cleanliness and professionalism to be on par with Japan’s esteemed standards, where the customer is regarded as a deity (お客様は神様です, o-kyaku-sama wa kami-sama desu). The hotel is conveniently located near the SkyTrain and taxi services, with a grocery store and pharmacy in close proximity. The room is well-appointed, featuring amenities such as a microwave, iron, and ironing board, TV with many channels. Guests can enjoy a comfortable bed, an ample supply of fresh towels, and a surprisingly quiet environment despite its proximity to King George Highway. The hotel also offers plenty of parking and a complimentary breakfast, providing a great opportunity to meet other patrons

The breakfast was OK but not great.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Room cleanliness was good. There is a nice tent in the parking lot but wish it was cleaner and better maintained. Some guests just leave their trash and cigarette butts on the table. Overall my family's stay in July was good. Would book again and recommend.

Breakfast was continental but it had the same components throughout our stay. A little variation would have been great. We stayed for 5 days and ate the same breakfast every day. At the very least, change the meat option like add bacon or ham every other day (we had sausage from Saturday till Wednesday). Eggs could be prepped variably like omelette or sunny side up (it was always hard boiled)... I wish the tea bags were served individually packaged.

The breakfast was good and various (including eggs and sausages, pancakes, cereals, quick porridge, different drinks). I liked my bed, it was really comfortable. The hotel is situated in rather picturesque place, the mountains can be seen from the window. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Not a lot. A little bit expensive for me but Vancouver is an expensive city in general.

The room is very clean and it smells nice as well. Bed was very comfy. Soap and shampoo have a ver nice smell too! Good choice!

Not that i didnt like. but they could have provided guests with some dispossable toothbrush and toothpaste and comb as well, even of it's just by the guest requests. when needed.

Really close to the train stop so a very convenient location. Loved that it had a fridge and microwave in the room. The staff was so nice and genuine.

The only thing negative thing I can think of is that the curtains were old. Everything else was great compared to the cost of the room!

Breakfast was good. My father in law asked for Indian breakfast like poha or parantha. I know it is too much too ask for but all good.

No hot tubs at the premises.

The location was perfect for my medical appointment at Jim Pattison outpatient surgical centre , super friendly staff, the bed was super comfortable and the room was well appointed, and breakfast was a bonus

It was great - they are currently renovating but rooms were comfortable and clean, great value for the money

The room was big, well laid out. There was quite a bit of food was the free breakfast. They didn't rush you even if it's past closing time.

Clean, friendly, staff goes above to help make your stay excellent. If you rate them from one to ten, they would be 20. They made a trying time a lot easier for us. Thank you Nav Robbie and all of staff

It was away from things if you did not have a car, but they fixed that too. They drove us everywhere we needed to go very affordable for us.

Toilet seat, in room, needed major tightening, & was initially unable to get TV remote to work. Minor issues, and soon remedied
