We stayed at Marriot Moncton last March 8-9,2025 to celebrate my son's first birthday. Leisure pool temperature is not suitable for infants. My son was shivering. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Especially the lady at the breakfast room. I forgot to ask her name, I think she is the in-charge of the morning breakfast. She is the only one approched us nicely and ask us how are we. Our room is the nicest we have ever stayed before. Clean and we get the relaxation we need. My son love our stay and so are we. Thank you so much.

The hotel was immaculately clean…..my room was spotless. The bed was pillowy soft, and the pillows did not crook my neck!I was just overnight and decided to shower at home, but the shower looked good. The water was hot.The kitchen was an added bonus…I will keep this in mind as I will be staying here again. The attached Keg Restaurant was one of the best I have been to as well….awesome.The breakfast was also adequate and plentiful. The staff was respectful and kind .I was granted a late check out without hesitation.

The hotel itself is getting out dated, but it is clean I didn’t care….proper fried eggs at breakfast and some sausages would be the icing on the cake

My first overall impression of the hotel as I arrived in the dark was thinking there was not enough parking as there was no place to park, until told there is a underground parking as well at the end of the drive way. Location: was great, right by lots of pubs and great little restaurants and the mall is less than a 5 minute drive! . Check-in Process and Efficiency and friendliness of the staff was really great. Room Quality, Cleanliness, comfort was very well worth the money.

Could use update the curtains and a bit of decorative items, but that isn't a need.

We stayed during a busy hockey tournament weekend. The hotel was completely full, but our room was a quiet oasis from all the hoopla. The breakfast was the best we’ve had with lots of choices, there were many restaurants we could walk to nearby, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a place to park after a long hockey day. We would definitely stay again!

The only problem we had was the tv remote required a certain finesse to change the volume.

The pool was amazing, the beds were clean and comfy, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled so amazing I want to buy it for my own home. Breakfast had an amazing selection, tasted delicious!

The down and ok buttons on one of the TV remotes wasnt working very well, and the couch in the suite was saggy and not terribly comfortable to sit on for long periods or to cuddle with my family, so we did most TV cuddle time in one of the beds instead.

Good size room and very clean with all the appliances, making the trip easier for family with kids. Wifi is fast. Breakfast is superb, many choices and staffs working continuously filling up the cutleries and the buffet. Love the location! It's right in downtown Moncton and surrounded by many restaurants. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

The sofa bed a bit older makes it uncomfortable. Also the parking is a bit tight especially in weekend. But overall, it is not that bad

Located close to the centre of town, the hotel was clean and modern. The desk clerk was able to accommodate us and get us into our room earlier than scheduled. The large room had a comfortable king bed, an excellent shower and plenty of space to sort our things for ongoing travel. Although we didn't use the kitchen, the full size fridge kept our drinks cold.

The location was great as it is at the downtown area. The food was also good with lots of options. Would be ideal for longer stay. The parking is okay, high ceiling and can park truck easily. The room is good for a family of 4. with own sink and living room. With a nice closet. very clean space

the stairs on the basement parking will only direct you to the entrance. we thought it will be directed inside the hotel. the basement parking also doesn't have any elevators/ lift. we had a hard time bringing our luggages upstairs. the breakfast area tends to be too crowded, but you can just bring your food in your room.

Breakfast was great, although trays would be helpful. I loved having the kitchen in our suite, it made travelling with our young family easier.

Pull out couch very uncomfortable, as well the extra linens for the pull out bed were fair quality. Insufficient parking on the weekend evenings. Access to the neighbouring parking lot would be great, as it was empty outside of business hours.

The check in persons were so friendly and courteous. We were only going to stay one night on our travels and decided last minute to spend an extra night to sight see more.. No problem. Great restaurants in area within walking distance, driving easy to popular sights. Being downtown near the river within walking distance to see the tides in and out was amazing. Staff super 👌

The pool area seemed like it could gave used some TLC. In particular the hot tub. Pool was fine.
