The breakfast was hot and lovely every morning. Owner-Operators were welcoming and down to earth.

Sadly being older and having some knee issues the stairs were a little difficult with luggage.

Location! Junior suites with porches overlooking the water, wonderful! Queen rooms with street view- just a small room. Fridges in rooms helpful! Breakfast well stocked items & gluten free bread! Delicious food & atmosphere at restaurant for dinner

Perfect location. Walkable to anything in town. Overlooks the beautiful harbor with chairs either on your deck or in the yard. Breakfast was wonderful!

Immaculately clean! Very comfortable. I was happy to find a fridge in the room. Location was absolutely perfect, in the heart of St. Andrews! Would definitely stay here again.

It was very hot in the dining room so I did not eat my meals in the restaurant.

the property is very charming. we rented a room with the king bed and view of the water. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. I felt like I was home.

there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. if one had some challenges with walking the inside stairs could be a challenge. but there are stairs outside that one can come up that are wider and easier.

We have stayed at many luxury hotels over the years, but none come close to our experience at the Treadwell Inn. We stumbled upon The Treadwell while searching for a place to stay to divide our driving on a long road trip. Our only requirement was an Oceanside view. The Treadwell Inn surpassed all of our expectations. Though our view of the St. Andrews Bay was breathtaking and our room was well-appointed, it was the personalized attention that we received from owners Christy and AJ that made the last few days of our vacation celebrating our wedding anniversary all the more special. Their attention to detail and all-around warm and inviting personalities helped to make our anniversary one that we will think of fondly for years. We are already planning to go back next year.

Loved everything. The room was lovely, shower was great. The breakfast was really nice. Very friendly people operate and clean the rooms.

Breakfast was amazing and the ability to sit on the Adirondack chairs was wonderful.

The mattress was too soft for our liking. Woke up a bit sore.

-Location and view were outstanding, large outside deck with comfy chairs overlooking the water is nice. -Room is nicely furnished for comfort and relaxing; overstuffed chairs and a huge bed! -Staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. -Cooked to order delicious breakfast delivered to room was a very nice touch. -On site restaurant was convenient and perfect for Mother's Day! -Overall would look forward to a longer stay here!

Minor functional issues: -Water pressure in the shower was a bit low; mentioned this to owner since we were the only guests that early in the season. -No outlet availability bedside if you need to charge something there; could only find one open outlet in the room (other than the bathroom). -No real usable work area in the room if you need a space for that. A very small desk is provided, but I found it too small to be functional with a laptop and notepad. (Perhaps to discourage working on vacation!) ;-)

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The location, hospitality, breakfast, and beautiful room with a deck all made for a wonderful overnight stay. We wished it could have been longer! Perfection!
