The staff was very friendly and helpful, the bed was super comfortable! The pool area was fun and nice even though the hot tub was closed for maintenance. The hot tub in our room was nice and clean. The continental breakfast was great, alot of variety to choose, one of the best I've had at a hotel. Also very close to amenities, gas station and snacks across the street as well as Tim Hortons, Pizza place and lots of other stuff. We will absolutely stay here again!

We were looking forward to the pool but they had a valve malfunction. My wife asked if there was a bit of a discount and was told that since we didn’t book with them direct they couldn’t do that. Well my wife and I talked about it and so she wrote a note saying she was disappointed with their decision and dropped it off at the front desk. Well that got to the manager and we were given a discount!! We are thankful that they made it right!!

I was given a queen suite but asked for a 2 queen. They were able to change it but I don't think there was a price difference. Breakfast was great. Would prefer to serve myself but I think it was more Covid protocol than anything else so I understood. Rita in the breakfast room was FANTASTIC.

Key cards kept demagnetizing. I had to get a new card 5 times in as many days

The room was big, clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a fun staff member interacting with the guests.

The fridge didn't work in the room but the front desk staff helped with storing perishable in large fridge.

Really enjoyed the stay. It was close to the airport which is what we needed. The room was spacious and clean. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The breakfast was great and the staff serving were friendly. There is an indoor pool, but we didn’t use it.

Could hear walking around upstairs above us at 6am. The a/c was a bit noisy at times.

I have spent quite a time to understand why I were charged twice for my 1 night stay. So I do not like that the hotel charged some extra money as a deposit. It is quite confusing.

I was in quarentine after arriving after 3pm on Dec 21 ( from Alberta). Staff delivered a lovely gift of chocolate to me Christmas morning. This was totally unexpected and so very thoughtful. I acknowledged the hotel and its location, the service and kindness. By posting on my facebook page.

The toilet would run after flush, fridge wasnt working a froze my groceries.

Good clean room with ample space. Really good breakfast served by a friendly staff member. Laundrette was a bonus. Location not close to St. Johns downtown but as we had a car that was not a problem. Visits to Signal Hill and Cape Spear were memorable. Good size car park.

Staff interaction from welcome to departure was efficient and plesant. Room was adequate size with small 'office' area and separate bedroom. Quiet location close to main roads and to the airport.
