Everything was well and good. The pool was well enjoyed, comfy beds, and wonderful staff.

Unfortunately, at about 2 a.m., when the washroom facilities needed to be used. We noticed 6 or more silverfish pests wriggling about on the bath mat just outside the shower. This was on the 4th floor. A little unsettling. Balled up the bath mat and tossed into the shower until morning. Later, when awaking, went in the washroom, shook the mat in the shower to find them all...proceeded to wash them down the drain. Then I shook out everything of ours (suitcases and such) that had touched the floor of the entire room before packing for the next day.

Location was excellent with easy access to the airport, city and surrounds. My room was excellent and I loved the convenience of a noon check out. Typical of Newfoundland, staff were friendly and helpful

With neck problems, I had requested [ on line ] a small/flat pillow. But I was given a large 'firm' pillow. I was just too busy to stop by the desk to make the change so some of this falls on me. I used a towel to create a pillow. Note that pillows are just as important as the mattress for a good and important rested sleep !

The room we stayed in looked like a small condo. There was a kitchenette, microwave and full size fridge. The room was spotless and the beds were so comfortable that you didn't want get up : ) There was a living room with Tv and a bedroom with Tv. If you had a third person, NO problem the couch in the living room had a pull out bed. The rooms were separated with doors from the living room to the bed room to the bathroom to the kitchen which led to the living room. 3 doors in total. Excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. WELL worth the money. P.S. the hotel is attached to a 24hr Denny's.

The 2 disappointing things were that of course just our luck the one thing that prompted us to stay there was the indoor pool, unfortunately it was down for maintenance. 2nd for such a clean place the frying pan and accessories needed to be changed. We tried putting them in the dish washer(another bonus) but it didn't help much.

Room could have used a little more cleaning. Underneath mirror in the bathroom was toothpaste on the walls from previous guests, cupboards doors need to be cleaned around the handles, quite visible from living room space while lights were on, and top of fridge needed a good dusting.

The staff are always welcoming and helpful, always very fast at check in, and check out. The rooms are always clean and fantastic, vending machines are stocked with good variety, Denny’s being next to the sandman in the same parking lot is amazing. We always love the sandman especially for its location

I’ve yet to find anything through multiple stays. Everything is always fantastic

The beds were very comfortable and clean. The views were decent from our window. It was close to many amenities.

The pool was small and cold. There weren't any chairs to sit in while my kids were in the pool. I had to stand the entire time. There was only a ladder to use to get out of the pool so it might be difficult for someone with mobility or other health issues.

We stayed 1 night in the King Suite with kitchen was perfect for us and our toddler who enjoyed running in circles to each room. Everything was nice and clean. The kitchen was outfitted with everything, stove, dishes, pans, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ect During the evening we moved the fancy marble end table for snacks for our child, when it was time to move it back for the night the top slipped off and broke onto the floor, I PANICKED so I went up to tell the front desk and Reggie was so nice and genuinely concerned if anyone was hurt and assured me no charge for it was an accident, super nice and handled professionally!! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.. 10/10 recommend

Beautiful spot and perfect access to a lot of the stores, restaurants and other places we like to visit!!

The comforter had a big yellow stain in it,for the price we paid per night I didn’t t expect that, the top of the fridge was very dusty, the air conditioner in the living area did not work only fan part and the main door to the washroom did not work properly.

I liked the aesthetic of the inside of the property. And the facilities were convenient after travelling for a long 2 days.

When we first entered our room there was garbage left in the bin from a previous guest. Dated march 2nd and someone named “Bella” wasn’t me - I didn’t mention it to the front desk because it wasn’t a huge deal to me as the room was generally clean and it was just a few bits left and I was tired.

Lobby was bright and airy, lots of comfortable seating and accessible from both sides of the building. Lots of parking. Everything very clean. Rooms comfortable, clean and reasonably modern. Restaurant attached open for late arrivers and early risers.

With the hotel itself no complaints. Very busy 4-6 lane street so can be a challenge turning across to enter or exit hotel parking. Drive to any major attractions. Lots of stores restaurants etc in area but most on opposite side and no crosswalks to cross.
