This was a very comfortable place. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The added bonus was the use of a laundry room to do our wash at no cost. They even supplied the detergent and a dryer sheet. This motel was a great place to stay for a visit to St. John's. It's in Paradise which is not far from downtown St. John's.

It's set back from the road so you need landmarks so you won't miss the entrance. Not a real problem but we missed it a couple of times.

A perfect little spot for a weary traveller! The room was cozy and super clean, with welcoming decor. A handful of mints on the coffee tray were a nice touch. The balcony was perfect for relaxing in the evening! It's a little distance from St. John's but totally welcoming and worth it. Staff at the desk were happy to accommodate me for an extra hour at check out when my friend who was picking me up got into a fender bender. Breakfast was coffee and muffins in the lobby area. There are bigger and fancier hotels in NL, but I really enjoyed my time at Crossroads and hope to be back again sometime soon!

Good location - 10 minutes from the airport on the Trans-Canada Hwy.. A bit of a longer drive to get to downtown St. John's, but St. John's is a very interesting and enjoyable city to drive through, so this wasn't an issue. Staff were efficient and friendly at the reception. The room was large, clean and comfortable.

The breakfast nook in the morning had good coffee and muffins, but there were only the three couches around the TV in the reception area to sit down at. This wasn't a problem for us, as were able to be seated, but other guests seemed to just go back to their rooms with their coffee.

Rooms should be thoroughly checked before next guests arrive Found out that lock on door did not work and we kept getting locked out We ended up getting 3 new key cards before we were told that they will have maintenance check it out Also as a courtesy, a sign in laundry room saying that as a courtesy to other guests when you have finished your laundry, pls remove and let other guests use the facilities I wanted to do laundry at 6 ish and it was 11.30pm before previous guest removed theirs A note explaining this would be appreciated

Staff were very friendly and willing to help. The room was spacious and clean. If you drive and only need a place to sleep, it's a great place to stay.

Unfortunately, for me, I didn't realize how far it was to St. John's where I spent most of my time, and hiring a taxi from/to added up very quickly. I would've been better off staying at one of hotels located downtown despite their higher rates. There are not many restaurant options within walking distance.

the room was just what we needed, loved the shower(better tho if the shower head was movable). Having the option to go out onto the balconey was nice. The bed was very comfortable.

I went down for a little something and there was only little (very little muffins), period. Nothing else, no fruit or ceral or anything, that was a litle disappointing. The only other thing I didn't like was that i had used my Debit/Visa to book the room but wanted to pay for it with my husbands credit card. However when I went to pay, the payment had already been put thur on my debit/visa. I didn't like that assumption being made. It wasn't that big of a deal for me, but for someone else who collects points or mile or someting like that may get upset. So this is more or less just a heads up.

Newish, modern hotel and room. Great coffee and muffins in the morning. Ample convenient parking. Friendly and efficient front desk and cleaning staff. Well located for exploring villiages and attractions in every direction from the hotel. A short 12 minute drive to the heart of St. John's.

No restaurant in the hotel. Located in a highway industrial neighborhood but major shopping dining within a few km. For my holiday the hotel location was a very good starting point to visit the best views, villiages, harbours and attractions that the Avalon Peninsula is famous for.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. We arrived well before check in and had a boat tour booked, the staff was very helpful and understanding, they allowed us to store our luggage before check in so we could go on with our day not carrying around suit cases. Through the stay, the staff was very kind. While walking to the room, I had many things in my hand, and one of the cleaners ran to the room so he could help me open the door. I have no complaints about the hotel and the price was very good for our stay. The room was a good space for the two of us, and it was nice to have the balcony. The hotel is located in the industrial area, which was probably my least favorite part, but surprisingly, it was not loud and uncomfortable to be there. It still was a convenient location to get around.

Are room for being wheelchair accessible was pretty big and really easy to get around. The hotel had everything we needed for are stay

We stay on the ground level as a wheelchair accessible room the door to get to 115 and on wasn’t wheelchair access no way for the person in wheel chair to open the door

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are exceptional. John at the front desk called our room after we checked in to see if everything was ok and did we need anything . WOW!! That’s is amazing, we have never experienced that before and we have stayed at a LOT of hotels. This is the best EVER. They take care of the things that matter 🥰
