So much better than big hotel. Ive never seen a hotel room carpet that clean. you can tell they have pride in the upkeep of their place. I also loved that it was right across from a school where there was 3 diferent play areas for all ages and a street light available to cross the trafic, was super safe. The person on the phone helping me with the internet was verry nice. The room was verry spacious, big bathroom, nice size kitchen, nice living area, great for a big group. There was a pullout couche available for extra $. Nice big desk and Tv was HD. Updated usb and plug ins on the side of each bed. Kitchenette a little outdated but verry clean with an updated fridge. I notice the kichenette in the room beside us was updated. Nice simple continental breakfast. Our car was right in front of our door, easy unpacking and packing. I also like that they acomodate pets. Perfect for familly and for kids to run arround. Did not hear anything from the rooms beside us. Matresses were comfortable, even had an extra blanket inbetween the sheet and top cover. Afordable. Have nothing but good to say of our experience.

The big lighting outside was going through our curtains which we had to play arround with them to block the lighting from comming in but it was a quick fix. I wanted to say how nice it was upon chekout but the staff wasnt arround. Most likely busy, seams like the owners lived on the property.

The place is easy to find and exceptionally comfortable and clean! The staff is very accommodating (we had to change the dates twice!), allowed us the last minute room change (nothing to do with the quality of the room) and were overall nice and welcoming. The breakfast was of regular variety but fresh and ample.

The room was clean and had everything we needed.The staff were kind enough to clean off my car after the snow.We didnt have the breakfast.

I was appalled at the fact that I had to pay 33.00 extra to use the sofa bed.It had a lock on it.That is the first time in all my travels Ive been charged extra for a sofa bed.We were 3 adults in 2 double beds.I usually get 2 Queen beds but none were available.When I rent a room in a hotel or motel I always understood whatever is in the room is available for us to use ,thats why you rent it.To be charged for the use of a sofa bed is deplorable.

Everything about the room was very good. Location is very good. The room is spacious. Bathroom, beds, flooring, rugs were clean.

the ac was a little bit noisy, maybe because it is old and the insulation of walls are not enough as you can hear anything from the next room:))

This is a hidden gem in Bracebridge. I normally travel with the chains, but I saw the reviews and tried it. It is the best hotel bed I have ever slept on. The staff went out of the way on two occasions to ensure our stay was seamless. You have my vote, and business is moving forward for a Muskoka Hotel stop!!

I thought the rooms were even nicer than the photos looked. Roomy and comfortable. Very clean. Good wifi. The reception was professional and kind The location was great for us and the Japanese restaurant around the corner was great. Breakfast was the usual continental; coffee, juice, cereal, fruit, buns, toast and yogurt on a tray to take back to your room. We also had a great little kitchenette. I would happily return.

It was a little pricier than a side of the road motel, but was well equipped with the kitchen etc. I was happy with it especially when I saw how clean and nice the room was.

I thought the place was great - I don’t stay in a lot of motor inns, but if they were all Like this, I’d do It more. Also, the owner/ front desk guy was super.

No real complaints. Only thing is maybe it was a bit dry because of the heat, but that’s life in Canada in the winter.

This was our second stay here. The continental breakfast is a fast and easy way to start the day and there's lots of choice. The room was clean and modern, and the bed and pillows were very, very comfortable. The office manager was friendly and helpful. And it's located close to stores, restaurants and major highways.

There's nothing I didn't like. Everything was great from check-in to check-out.

Brilliant motel...I will reiterate the other reviews..cleanest I've ever stayed in. I stayed in the family suite and loved having the sofa desk and kitchen. Walking distance to every amenity you might need and a 15 min walk or 3 min drive into the centre hub of bracebridge. The owner was really helpful to the point he even helped me jump my car after the battery died. I would absolutely recommend and stay again whenever in Bracebridge

We had an early appointment next day and couldn't make it to breakfast.The staff kindly brought us muffins and yogurt, bananas for us to take with us.We thought this was so kind and would recommend staying here
