The room was very nice and comfortable, parking was easy and although check in was off site, it was easy and quick. it was close to several wineries and the area was very nice. Coffee machine and coffee in the room along with cream and sweetener was nice to have in the morning. It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room as well.

An ice and vending machine on site would have been nice, but there is a gas station across the street to get snacks. We looked forward to a nice meal in the tavern, but the food was horrible. Our server was nice though. A large bag of garbage sat in the hallway outside our room all night and was still there in the morning when we left.

Location was wonderful. Right in the middle of town. Room was quiet, air conditioner was wonderful, room very clean and modern. Well appointed . Attached to a real western saloon. We are seniors with walking issues. The front lady noticed right away and assigned a first floor room. Staff took time to answer all of our questions although we have hearing problems......was well treated, felt loved and wanted.

Had to leave as we were on a tight schedule. Would of liked to stay a few more days

Located in a converted historic building, this hotel 'annex' is a first-class facility with an attached gastropub. The venue is in the heart of Jordan village with convenient parking across the street. Our room overlooked a pedestrian-only street; very quite. the room is chic modern with top end finishes.

The location in the lovely town of Jordan was perfect. The attachment to the Jordan Tavern was smart and easy to access. The value for the property is perfect.

we felt as though priority has been given to Inn on the 20. The Jordan Howse had trim around the air conditioning unit that literally fell onto the ground. The electrical sockets had backward polarity, and there did not seem to be any switches near the bed. The lovely scented shampoo and conditioner was almost impossible to get out of their bottles. We sound like we’re being picky. Maybe we are. But sometimes it’s a little things that annoy you. With everything said I would still return the value was great, the location, fabulous, and meals at the Jordan tavern or fun on the patio..

The bed was so comfortable and room was nice and spacious. The water pressure was amazing and the air conditioning in the rooms was so welcome on this sticky day.

This is super minor, but the ice machine is located directly at the front door and gives off so much heat in a stairwell that is already not cooled. This was a really unpleasant first impression as we thoughts maybe our rooms aren't air conditioned, but they definitely were. It would be great to have the ice machine stored in an air-conditioned section of the hotel.

Nice clean room, staff all very pleasant.

They take $150 CAD per night up front to cover any incidentals. What is unused gets returned to your card. I can see no logical reason for taking this level of incidentals cover up front.

We were hiking the Bruce Trail and arrived at the hotel at 9:30pm after walking for ~15 hrs. Even though we didn't ask for it or seemed visibly distressed, one of the staff, offered voluntarily to drive us back to the lodge, which is 500m away from the check-in place. We are grateful for her sensitivity (apparently a hiker herself!) and hospitality, who went the extra mile for her guests.

Convenient, clean, friendly

Construction right next door and behind hotel was loud and started early. Journey to get gas from station across the street took much longer as access was closed and only alternative was 15 minute detour. No external coffee facilities available as again construction eliminated coffee station in gas bar.

Treats in room for birthday and anniversary were very appreciated. Bakery for breakfast top notch.

Lugging the suitcases up the stairs. Shops affiliated with complex seem closed off and unapproachable. Not that great of produce sold.

No breakfast at Jordan House I was able to check in early before a 2:30 wedding.

No Cutlery Given from pub with my takeout to eat in my room. Climbing the stairs to my 2nd floor room. I was offered to move down but had already used washroom etc The side table lamp switch should be in position to reach from bed.
