The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room and building in general were very clean.

I received a welcome email a day before check-in which listed the hours of the restaurant located within the hotel. I was surprised but pleased that it would be open given that it was Christmas Day, and most places would be closed. When we arrived, we saw that the restaurant was closed and would be for approximately two weeks. I understand that the email is an automatic send, but it wouldn't have been difficult to adjust it to advise of the closure. There was also a prominently displayed room service menu on the desk in the room, which could maybe have been left out of the room preparation during the closure period.

Spa no longer on site - just moved No restaurant to eat in - just the bar Huge potential as all the facilities are already in place Amazing 8th floor restaurant /bar but not used as a restaurant only an event site - (highly recommend for your next occasion ) Hotel being torn down with no set date

Best part about the place are the in-suite spa bathtubs. This was a very fun option for the rooms, they are lovely and relaxing.

Breakfast was the only item that was a little below expectations, we couldn't really find the breakfast options at the hotel. But that could easily have been our own fault. Hotel should consider investing in Netflix or another streaming service for the TVs.

I like the room and area the hotel is in.

I didn't like that the toilet was clogged when my daughter went to use it. But the front desk clerk let me use the plunger problem solved. Next morning we to eat breakfast at 10:30am at the restaurant downstairs in the lobby. But the servre said the Chief was finished cooking breakfast. I saw it said breakfast was served until 11am. So my daughter and I went across the street to Tim Hortons.

We didn't have breakfast--we didn't know we could have it. It would have been made our stay nicer... location of the hotel was great and staff told us about the Thai restaurant on the waterfront.. Excellent!

Not as nice as the room we stayed in the week before--not as much room. But the first room (612) was exceptional.

Easy access from the freeway and very quiet and peaceful neighborhood Clean and close with lots of shops and paths for morning/evenings walks by the water or just go shopping.

The room was dated and the carpet felt damp! The smell in the hallways was unpleasant luckily did not spend much time there . WiFi was a little slow

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff people were welcoming and very accommodating. The room was very clean. The whole place, even with the outdated decor, was incredibly charming. The decor almost added to the experience. Beautiful entrance- grand staircase. Loved the Casablanca movie theme. I would definitely stay again.

The wifi was poor. Also, the key cards seemed to be faulty- they had to be reset every day and that was annoying. Lastly, the pool was so cold!!!! But that’s all and didn’t detract from the over all experience. However: the fact that the hotel will be demolished by the end of 2022 is terribly sad. Shame on you, Developers. Shame on you!!

Great location, easy access off the highway and close to eateries.

It would have been nice to have a complimentary EV charger, there were Tesla chargers available but not a universal. It would also be nice if it had at least a morning coffee bar.
