I had a fantastic stay at the Comfort Inn in Burlington, ON! The staff were welcoming and made check-in a breeze. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of tasty options to start the day. The hotel's location is perfect, close to major highways and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Whether you're here for business or leisure, Comfort Inn provides great value, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommend!

All you can eat breakfast was delicious with a variety of healthy snacks and great tasting coffee. Friendly staff was very accommodating and the laundry facilities was an added bonus since most hotels don't offer that service.

There was a one-time power outage in the early morning (affected the Comfort Inn and surrounding buildings including a section of the QEW Hwy lights). Most people were sleeping unlike myself where I do most of my work after midnight.

It was a very comfortable place to hang our hats for our four night stay. The breakfast offered was a good start to the day. The room was spotless, especially the bathroom. Bonus points for that. The location of the hotel was central to our activities. It was surrounded by great places to eat. The Greek restaurant on Harvester was our favourite.

The air conditioning was on. Cold in the dining room, but that’s just me. I’m not a fan of air conditioning.

Very quiet once you're inside, even though the location is next to the QEW. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms have plenty of soft towels.

The room had a bowed cracked ceiling (looked water damage from the roof). The wallpaper was peeling away from the ceiling and in the corner near the tub. The tub's drain metal plug was loose and needed to be rescrewed back in for the water to drain.

The excellent service of Genga from breakfast. The lady in the reception with glasses and Cameron if I am not mistaken (was in reception on morning of June 27). The room cleaners were nice and easy accessible for help. The 2 back to back stays were comfortable.

The Asian lady was very dry like you are at airport customs.

We were not fussy on the breakfast. The sausages were not very good, the potatoes were dry and hard, the eggs were not great. The rest of the items available for breakfast were good. The breakfast area was very nice, the separate dining area and kitchen area was great.

In one of the rooms the air conditioner could not be adjusted and the room was very cold. The pillows were very uncomfortable

My checkout time was 11 A.M. I went out for some work at 9 30 A.M and my keys were still with me. I came back at 10:15 A.M and realized that housekeeping had already cleaned the room. I had an official call to make and still needed to use my room until my checkout time. I advised the staff about it and she said she has already cleaned the room and I shouldnt be using it. It was still 45 minutes to my checkout time, I had my keys with me, I didnt checkout and the staff was rudely holding me accountable for it. My only suggestion is not to clean the rooms prior to checkout time or until the guest has checked out

The receptionist is such a kind person; she promptly changed my room upon my request. The breakfast is also good, with a variety of options available.

The restaurant employee, clearly in a hurry, began collecting the garbage bags and started closing the doors five minutes before breakfast ended. Additionally, they seemed eager to finish up their tasks for the morning.

Location close to a conference at St Raphael Church. Comfortable room and very comfortable bed. Hairdryer in bathroom was very useful so that I was able to take shower and dry hair before going to event. Fridge very useful to have. I liked having the coffee maker in my room Saturday morning and was happy to have breakfast available. Appreciated having access to Wifi. Staff at desk was helpful.

The included breakfast was excellent. The hotel was in a convenient location not far from IKEA in Burlington. From a driving perspective, it was easy to get in and out of the property as it is located on a quiet service road.

The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was too far to reach when sitting on the toilet. We just used an extra roll that was sitting just under the vanity.
