The breakfast was wonderful and very good. Very nice common areas and cute little tuck shop for goodies if you want a late night snack.

We had children running the halls the first night yelling and purposely disturbing guests (4 boys). 2 neighbors called to make complaints and even went to the desk. The front desk made excuses saying they were busy and didnt really seem to care much. Several calls were made and the children's parents were nowhere to be found. They were doing this for several hours and past midnight. We did not sleep well at all. We were also told the wrong time for breakfast when we checked in. We showed up Saturday at 6:30am but weekend breakfast I guess is at 7am. We also had no housekeeping even though we didnt't have a notice on the door so we had to call down for more towels which they did promptly bring up to us.

Bed was super comfortable, loved the pillows (considering purchasing some). Room was very clean and tidy, hotel was nice and quiet, did not hear any other guests. The text check ins from the front desk were great and helpful when my husband lost his ID and the uber driver returned it to the front desk.

Didn't realize how far it was from the GO station- wouldve liked a complimentary shuttle option. We did not know about the breakfast option, would have been nice to know about, would have enjoyed it.

We had a late check-in. The staff was outstanding and very kind. The new that we were tired and they placed us on a floor with no traffic and not very many persons. It was quiet to say the least, just as we wished. Breakfast was nice and well organized.

We accidently left a few of our personal belongings in the closet. When we realized it, we were an hour away. We opted to pay for shipping of our items but that was a little more of a task. We had to describe the items that were left behind, and then drive back to pick them up. Our fault of course, but a contingent plan should be in place to return personal items to owners.

24/7 reception with nice staff with late checkin and checkout were so helpful as I had a delayed flight to Toronto. The man at reception upon checkout was truly a gentleman! So courteous, kind and helpful.

Liked everything. There is a hamburger restaurant inside I would have enjoyed but it is open for dinner and I arrived too late. There were no other restaurants nearby.

The beds were very comfy and the pillows were a nice selection of soft vs firm. The property was right next to the highway so there was easy access to where I needed to go. The breakfast was some of the best that I've had from a hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was that the scrambled eggs at breakfast were not hot. They were a little watery and room temperature.

We like everything. The location is perfect. Very clean and spacious room with comfortable bed. The staff were outstanding with their hospitality. The breakfast buffet is perfect with good variety and the preparation of eggs of our choice was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay here again.

Not enough disabled parking slots, only two spaces for a big hotel are not enough.

Breakfast was fantastic. Probably the best complimentary hotel breakfast I've had in a long time. The rooms were spotless, interiors were updated. The beds were comfortable. Dove products in the bathroom. I really can't complain about anything at all. We were just there for the night while in town for an event so it served our needs nicely.

Breakfast was good, variety of choices, all fresh immediate food supply and generous. the service is excellent My kid lost his smart watch in the swimming pool area, the hotel staff sent a message that they found it.

small not significant thing, the floor in the shower has a crack which was fixed, but feel like a hollow under, better to replace

Staff in the restaurant were really friendly, in particular the girl who served us in the evening. She was really friendly and had great knowledge. We can’t remember her name but she was originally from Germany.

The location suited us as we arrived from England via Toronto and wanted somewhere comfortable to stay on route to Niagara.
